My 'TOP TEN' observations. 1. Management - Exceptionally qualified group of thoughtful and caring people. Empathetic, patient, knowledgeable and always professional. Ange Pitts (Administrator), Taylor Burkhart (Resident Care Coordinator), Amber Hall (Office Manager). 2. Emphasis on safety. Nothing more important! Recent example was the influenza outbreak in Washington state. The entire professional team expeditiously confirmed that all protocols were in place and being observed. 3. Medical professionals who manage the distribution of pharmaceuticals as well as monitoring vital signs of residents. 4. Phenomenal staff who assist with many aspects of general care of residents. 5. Housekeepers keep the facility looking great! 6. Facility maintenance impeccably handled by the versatile Pat White. 7. Life Enrichment Coordinator makes sure that residents have a plenty of interesting and creative activities. A visiting social worker recently commented on the quality and diversity of activities. Special thanks to Sydney and Mary. 8. Chef staff is always striving to come up with interesting menus as well as numerous alternative items. 9. Communication within the organization is excellent. 10. Yes, there's no place like home. If home is not an option, Artesian Place is a great place to live.

Another resident said our Activity Director was someone that gave her purpose in life again. I've seen first hand how someone can decline at another residence and flourish at Rosemont, one resident said she no longer feels sadness and is happy, confident here. Prestige Senior Living is one of the best companies because they really do care about improving quality of life. I came back to the company because I believe in their core values of respect, integrity, trust and commitment.

They lack of communication with the management is the most unprofessional management I have ever dealt with. During my friends stay at Bridgeport Place, he was unassisted. However, was still charged for assisted. They raised his rent without notification 4,340 pulled from bank. He passed in Nov, they still pulled the total amount for DEC. No response from management as to when I will see a final statement of charges. Does Bridgeport Place take advantage of all our elderly. Or just the ones who don't speak up for their rights?

There will never be enough words to write for the gratitude my family has for this staff of incredible people. My grand mother was here for the better part of 4 years, and in that time each individual person from the front desk, kitchen , service staff, house keeping, hair dresser and nurses became her extended family. The Personal care was so unique to each person living there. The sound vista family learns everything about the resident and works every minuet to making their life as happy and for filled as possible. They have activities weekly, workouts, games, movie nights, you name it they do it. Wonderful day trips and so much more! This is Not the stigma of assisted living. This is a safe, clean, beautiful, comfortable, warm and caring home. **Most importantly is the staff. The people who work there are so kind, friendly and accommodating. **The nursing staff literally are ANGELS. How one place got such a talented, warm hearted, compassionate group of nurses is beyond belief. My grandmother was loved, cherished, RESPECTED, and cared for until the day she passed. The staff has always treated our family like one of their own and welcomed us with open arms. My grandma lived 4 extra beautiful years ( until 98 years old) because of this incredible staff of people.
