She kept in constant contact with me in advance -- and then, on the day off - she mostly left me alone to enjoy myself with friends and family and be immersed this special day for our family. She even went so far as to bring some décor from home as a backup and we ended up needing it. She didn't charge me anything extra for that. What I appreciated most was how she basically looked and behaved like a family member and not a hired event planner. She was personally vested in the success of the event. She was responsible for releasing the tables a few at a time for dinner so as to avoid long buffet lines and consistently I heard from my guests after the fact that they thought she was part of my family.
