Clean room and nice open bar area. I stayed two nights and the first night there was a very loud party on the rooftop, only two floors above me. Made it hard to get to sleep. The hotel is in a great location but there was a lot of construction nearby so getting to the hotel was slightly challenging.

It was a party after the Falcons won their last game of the 2025-26 season!!! The Rerverb was poppin up stairs on the roof.. live dj was playing all the 92-2009 hits from trap to soul and the crowd was lit!!! Bar service upstairs is pretty tight!! You have to arrive early if an event it's going on at the Dome or GWCC

I have not stayed here, but u hang here often, especially after a sporting event where the home team wins. The views from the rooftop bar/lounge is amazing and if you can't make it up top, there is also a nice party vibe at the bottom.

The whole time I was there, I felt like those people at the bar trying to have a drink or read- trying to act like it was enjoyable while loud construction was going on. I was trying to convince myself this place wasn't as bad as it was. Been to two other hard rock hotels which were great- this was not. The entire lobby was being demolished it seemed like, loud construction and chairs and tables thrown into another room It's like no one there has worked anywhere before- every interaction is either awkward or indifferent or flat out rude- except bald bearded guy. He was friendly at least. The mattress sheet was put on upside down/too small and kept popping off the entire stay. Asked for help to fix this about three times- each time they just tucked it back in for it to pop back off. No one here seemed to really want to help for any reason. At least I didn't see any bedbugs because I kept getting good looks at the bare mattress. In room cooler didn't cool- they told me I was supposed to fill a drawer with no drain and a light inside with ice for it to cool. More of the same "just get out of my face, dude" service here. Gym not kept/dirty, holes and stains on carpet in the room, pillow case was dirty. Cable was out on our last night Nothing really around unless you're going to State Farm or Mercedes. The amenity closet was a good idea, the room decor was nice.

Hallway to elevator. Very clean and crisp

Service, cleaniness, and atmosphere. Pleasant stay. Walking distance to the stadium. Sound booths to take you away.

The hotel is a really nice hotel. It has a lot of paraphernalia laying around, a really nice bar situation on the first floor, and little huddle room type environments as well. They have all the things that you would expect in a hard rock and it's decorated very nice. The bar on the first floor is right when you walk in the door. There's a little lounge area as well. They have kind of indoor and outdoor seating so if the weather is nice you can hang out outside and get some air. The bar has food so you don't have to worry about only being forced to drink, it may be a little expensive, but it's something to make sure you can coat your stomach. Parking, it depends on the day or the night. There could be lot parking across the street, depends on if they need that. They also have valet and a structure, but if you go past there, you can park on the street. It's just a little walk to get to the hotel on the next block. The reason that I go is RT60 ... Which is on the roof. This is a rooftop bar that has a really nice view of the city. Most of the view is going to be Mercedes-Benz, but it's still a very good vibe on a really good night. There's indoor and outdoor, and they have food for you. Just the same as they do on the first floor. They have heating lamps if you need the heat depending on what time of year it is. The times that I've been there they do have a DJ and even on a weekday you could still get a DJA or something along those lines so there is a good vibe with that as well. They also have TVs so if you want to catch a game, it might be on the screen so you may be okay in that regard as well. Overall, this is a pretty good spot. The prices may be a little higher than what you would like, but the view is definitely something to respect. Wings from there, 12 of them, were somewhere around $25. Last time I went I got hot honey, they were okay. I wouldn't pay $24 for them, outside of this, but I needed something and it hit the spot. So as long as you're aware of the prices of food, keep that in mind. Drink prices are probably standard. I bought a couple of drinks and it was about $14 a pop. So just keep that in mind but still a good spot. I've been here quite a few times and I do enjoy the venue. It's a good stop off and it's in a good area. They're actually building a food hall right next door so it's going to even be more traffic. There's a really good cigar bar called fellaship right down the street in walking distance. So I've spent a few nights here bouncing from one to the other. In any event, if you need to suggestion for a good view, this is it.

The hotel is located directly across the street from Mercedes Benz Stadium and I had a perfect view from my hotel room. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights over Thanksgiving the service from everyone, even during the holiday, was excellent! Pros: -The hotel and room were clean and smelled good without being overpowering -The staff was friendly -Location: Close to AUC, Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, and everything near Centennial Olympic Park Cons: -I wish there was a clock in the room -They need electrical outlets on/near the bed's headrest -There is no sanitation equipment (spray, wipes, etc) in the fitness center In between (depends on preference): -No in-room microwave; each floor has a centrally-located "amenity closet" -No business center but there is a coworking space that can be reserved by calling their sales dept -Overnight parking (non-valet) is $38/nt -The rooms have an Alexa device Unfortunately, the rooftop lounge was closed and I didn't try the bar in the lobby or breakfast (there is a WH nearby) while I was here. I would stay at this hotel again!

My girlfriend and I were in town for a family graduation. We were very blessed to stay at REVERB Atlanta. This is one of the nicest and coolest hotels We've ever stayed at! Rooms: 5 stars out of 5. The rooms are all super modern and smart. They have ALEXA in the rooms! We were able to control room lighting and music! The rooms are very clean and pleasing to look at. Service: 5 stars out of 5. The appearance, attitude, and work ethic of the REVERB staff is unparalleled. They were all so helpful and friendly. We met a manager that helped us with some issues. Her name was Keshawn Whitfield. In the lobby / Bar area Ree & Allen were so accommodating and nice. Great service! Location: 5 out of 5 stars. The location of REVERB is in a perfect location. It's literally in the middle of everything. The weekend we came was filled with graduations and concerts. Everything was close and convenient. Great! We were very pleased with our stay at REVERB and will return very soon. It was a great experience! Stephen B.

We came here after a preseason Falcons game. RT60 is the spot to be after and concert, football, soccer, or basketball game! On a clear night you can see all the way into downtown. The DJ is spinning great tracks and shouting out ATL rappers. Everyone is dancing and the drinks are flowing. Bars have standard beers, some ATL breweries, shots on draft and will make well cocktails. Come for a party after a night at the Benz or State Farm if you aren't ready to end the night early.

We had the best stay here!!! Cameron helped check us in and was so helpful!!! It has the coolest theme and is literally located next to the Mercedes Benz stadium. I would stay here again for sure!!

I came to Reverb in Atlanta specifically to be in walking distance from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium for a concert. It's the perfect setup for a concert and a really fun hotel if you are into music! Check in was pretty seemless. Downstairs they have a bar with an indoor-outdoor set up. At the time of my stay, they had a live band and large crowd in preparation for the concert. The room was nice with a modern aesthetic; they had an Alexa in the room. The beds were comfortable and the perimeter under the bed lights up when your feet hit the ground. They have a rooftop bar that is PHENOMENAL! I absolutely adored the staff! We had several pre-concert drinks and came back and celebrated the after party there! Definitely check it out if you are in or visiting Atlanta!

I was super excited because I've never been here but have heard nothing less than stellar things and I must say from the time I pulled up to the valet on a Friday at 4:30 in the afternoon, the staff did everything they could to make us feel like we were the only ones in the building. Luckily when I arrived things were fairly calm so getting all settled with the valet service took less than three minutes and he was kind enough to let me know exactly where to go for further assistance after asking me if I knew where I was headed. Starting off with a smile and kindness is always the way to a great experience. Once I made my way inside, I was immediately taken by the grandness of the lobby area and the front desk reception staff member was hilarious and made me feel like royalty even though I wasn't a true guest. I'm just saying, pleasant interactions can go a loooonnngggg way. She called up to my friend's room, walked me to the elevator, asked if I needed any further assistance and told me exactly how to get there. Once I got off the elevator, I fell in love with the calming lavender smell that moved through the hallway and my goodness, this place was just quiet. The room itself was spacious, the bathroom was modern and clean, and the balcony area was a nice retreat to just hang outside and enjoy a nice evening since it wasn't full on stifling GA heat that night. We called to room service several times and it was as though we called and they would just appear with what we needed in a matter of second. Pure magic. We made our way to Bar Margot for apps and drink and enjoyed the DJ for a bit before we made our way back to the room. The service was good. The food was good and they happily validated our parking so that was wonderful. Such an amazing experience here. Now I understand why folks like staying here because you truly feel like your every need is taken care of!

My first interaction was with Kenny, who was warm, professional, and reassuring before I even arrived. He made me look forward to the reservation, and when I met him in person, he was somehow even more welcoming. Kenny set the tone, and the tone was: "Relax, we have you." Alex in valet deserves the utmost praise. He remembered me, welcomed me back, and treated me with consistent kindness and professionalism throughout my stay. Every interaction was pleasant, and he carried himself as an absolute gentleman. Ralph was equally courteous and professional. Both Alex and Ralph gave me complete peace of mind regarding my vehicle and belongings. Their integrity was evident in the way they conducted themselves. I never felt the need to worry, double-check, or clutch my pearls. I knew everything was being handled by men whose character naturally inclined them to do the right thing. Sharika was kind, patient, and refreshingly pleasant. She answered questions and handled requests without making me feel as though I had violated hotel policy and needed to appear before a disciplinary tribunal. She was informative without being condescending and professional without being cold. We love an interaction that does not require emotional recovery afterward. Jenna made a dinner recommendation that exceeded my expectations so thoroughly that I ordered the same meal again the following night. No notes. She understood the assignment, submitted it early, and received full credit. Phillip at the bar has a direct, matter-of-fact communication style, but the man is talented. Tell him what flavors you enjoy and allow him to create. The custom cocktail he made for me was so good that the guest seated beside me asked about it and ordered the same drink. She was not even much of a drinker, yet the cocktail converted her. That beverage had its own outreach ministry. Paulo was kind, attentive, and professional. When I dropped a piece of paper, he immediately came from behind the desk to retrieve it for me. It may sound like a small gesture, but good manners are never small. Also, one less occasion for me to perform an elegant squat in a dress, so thank you, sir. Ariel was exceptional. She listened fully, anticipated exactly what I needed, and provided information before I could even ask the follow-up questions. She was thoughtful, perceptive, and extremely thorough. The interaction felt like speaking with a highly competent friend who happened to work for the hotel and already knew what chapter I was on. The only noticeable miss was Justin. His manner came across as condescending and passive-aggressive, particularly in the way he addressed me. The interaction stood out because the remainder of the staff consistently demonstrated such warmth, courtesy, and professionalism. Overall, the hotel felt safe, polished, and well managed. My stay took place during a busy FIFA weekend, yet the staff remained composed, attentive, and gracious. I was not expecting anyone to stand nearby waving a palm leaf or feeding me grapes. I simply wanted to be treated with kindness, competence, and respect, and that is overwhelmingly what I received. Kudos to the management team for cultivating a staff that clearly understands hospitality. Kenny, Alex, Ralph, Sharika, Jenna, Phillip, Paulo, and Ariel made what was intended to be a simple staycation feel memorable, luxurious, and genuinely cared for.

My only real complaint was a leak my mom had reported that was never addressed. It caused a dripping sound throughout the night, but thankfully we were able to close the door and tune it out. I've only checked in & walked around the properly but first impressions- super cute boutique inn…read more The decor was picked very precise for this property- it's very sheek & playful. The check-in was very welcoming, uplifting with a smile & I was offered a welcoming glass of champagne The room and bathroom have everything anyone would usually need, plus some nice extras! The Wi-Fi is open so it is extremely easy to login but I'll be curious about the strength once we start our business work day tomorrow. I'm on the 3rd floor, street side of the inn so we'll see about noise tonight.... Note: one of the extras was ear plugs. Ha! Ok I'm back to update the rest of my review now that I'm back home! The hotel itself- I would come back again and again! Yes 5 star The meeting room- 3 star We had to have each presenter sit at the front of the room with their laptop plugged into the HDMI instead of being able to mirror or launch up onto the screen. This wasn't the best experience. And to boot, the hotel tech guy came down and was zero help. Boo! The restaurant- 4 star I personally had the deviled eggs (obviously) they were good, not amazing because they were extremely salty. Yes, they had caviar atop but the salty flavor was in your face BIG! I also had the pork chops, they were a bit dry but the coleslaw on top helped ease the dryness with additional flavor. The rest of the team seemed to have liked their beet salad, fish, short ribs (I heard they were very rich) and chicken. The free coffee in the room is awesome with the kettle although, I got the free coffee in the mini store in the lobby! All the goodies were there, SF syrup, real sugar, fake sugar, creamer, oatmeal creamer. Loved this option and returned fir refills throughout out work day & it was always hot & ready! Another 5 star experience here. Let's get to the overall staff - Callie and Taral - High Five ladies!! The 2 valet guys at the front- awesome work gentlemen!!! So in all- I think a solid 4

My job had a contest and the grand prize was a one night stay at Hotel Clermont Atlanta by Olivier…read more Atlanta natives simply vall this The Clermont. I decided to use it in a Friday night as a refresher before my all work weekend. The location is in Midtown on Ponce De Leon. Very convenient location. It is central to a lot of businesses and restaurants. I arrived at check in and presented my paperwork for a free nights stay. I thought I would need to provide my credit card for incidentals but that was not the case. My room was a corner room. Impressive right away. I have never had a hotel room that had a hallway. Yes a hallway. The room was large and had additional seating. Let me add that this is a boutique style hotel. It has very eccentric and eclectic decor. The most amazing thing to me was the bathroom. It was huge and well laid out. There was a separate room for the toilet and to my surprise it had a windows in there. Never have I ever seen that before. I enjoyed using all of the amenities. My stay was for too short. I will definitely return. Thank you Clairmont.
