I've gotten takeout from here a few times. I was in the area so I decided to get brunch. I did not know they had a brunch option so I was happy to try it out. I did sit outside, which I kinda did regret because the moment my cinnamon roll came out the bees were all over it. This was my second time, trying a pumpkin spice latte, and I can say it was delicious as for the sandwich There was a bit of too much garlic after taste, but overall like the biscuit had a very great texture. The employees were kind and friendly, and answered my questions I had.

I love a fully vegan restaurant and wish I could give them 5 stars but the food was not as good as I was hoping for but still tasty! Something that really kinda bothers me: This is a no tipping restaurant, 20% automatic gratuity included for a restaurant that provides no table service is crazy to me. Especially if you're just grabbing a muffin or latte to go. Offsetting costs on the customers is not a good look when you provide no customer service besides checking them out at the counter. Especially being a vegan restaurant, the food is already usually marked up and this charge may deter non vegan people from wanting to try this place. It's got a cute ambiance and the staff were nice. However, the food was good, not great. My group and I ordered 3 different dishes to share and try several items that sounded good. Breakfast sandwich 7/10 Polenta rancheros 9/10 Breakfast burrito 6/10 French toast 5/10 Carrot cake iced latte 9/10

Reverie has a ton of good things going for it - a cool space, a huge menu, friendly workers, and a great drinks list (including THC seltzers). It's just that the food is only good, not great, which brings the whole experience down. To start, the salt & vinegar Brussels were probably the best thing we ate. They were a bit simpler than expected, they didn't really have as much of a vinegar oomph to them as expected, but they were tasty. The most disappointing dish was probably the Cuban, which neither looked nor tasted like a Cuban so the name is a bit misleading. The whole thing was simultaneously a bit soggy and a bit dry which was puzzling. My Nashville chicken sandwich was much better, but still not amazing. The faux chicken was really strange in a way I can't really explain, and the aoili style sauce was pretty runny, but I did appreciate the crunchy outside of the chicken and my bun was perfect. Overall, I'd be willing to go back, especially for how fun the staff was and the convenience of location being next to Powderhorn Park, but I'd order food that wasn't trying to mimic meat and was more "classic" vegan food.

Whether you are having a cheat day or not, if you come here, you won't regret to be a vegetarian or vegan. I had the Korean BBQ mock duck tacos, which came with salad. Really yummy. Unlike the awful greasiness from the veggie burger with fries in a typical vegetarian place, I felt fulfilled and great after the meal. They have burgers with house made patty, which is not greasy at all. They are open everyday 4-9pm. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I think so far this is my favorite vegan restaurant in Minneapolis!

Food - it was amazing! I had the rev burger and the arugula salad. The salad was really good. It wasn't overdressed. The Rev Burger was so flavorful. It really stood up to its description. Service - the staff were so kind, wonderful and attentive. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I've never been to a vegan restaurant before, but they made the experience special for me. Ambiance - it's an amazing atmosphere. The artwork is impressive. The patio is really inviting and the environment is warm. You could go with friends or go on a date. Either way you can't go wrong. You'll definitely do well!

My friend & I stopped in for brunch on a Friday & were surprised at how busy they were for a weekday! I appreciate spots where you order at a counter & take a number to sit down, it's nice to have everything paid for up front. Our food did take quite a while to come out, which would be inconvenient if we were in a hurry, but it's so fresh that the wait is worth it. The cafe is cute, with a large patio outside (that I unfortunately haven't sat on yet), & plenty of tables inside, along with some bar seating. Everyone who's helped me has been super friendly & quick to give recommendations if you need them, which is great. The food is amazing; half the time I wouldn't even realize it's vegan, if I didn't already know. This time, I got the breakfast burrito with avocado. It was huge & super filling. The vegan egg definitely had a slightly different flavor/texture to normal egg, but not in a bad way at all. I love this place & definitely make it a stop any time I'm in the area & hungry :)

Food: pretty good Service: great Ambiance: patio area was relaxing and welcoming I ordered the long haul burger and thought it was pretty good. I tasted the aioli and the arugula the most. Everything else was kind of muted by those flavors. But, I enjoyed the freshness of the ingredients and the uniqueness of the burger. When I'm in the area, I'd love to try the fried artichoke and the pastries!

The KBLT with the remnants of the Mojo Smoked Brussels in the bkg
    Barry M.

Amazing vegetarian food! The menu is off the hook in terms of vegetarian and vegan options. We started with the Mojo Smoked Brussel Sprouts which were great and enough for the 3 of us. I had the KBLT as my main dish. I love kimchi which is what the "k" stands for . The tempura Tempeh was good and there was a lot of it. Being a craft beer hound I love the fact that they server all local craft beer. The new outdoor deck is also really nice. This is a great local find and very much a neighborhood hang out.

I'm someone who eats animal products, so this is from a non-vegan. I really enjoyed this place! My friend has recently become full vegan, so I suggested to her we go to a vegan place to eat (as I don't need to have animal products in everything I eat) and she was appreciative of that. I knew I liked impossible burgers from other places before, so wanted to see how it would be here. Sadly I came here when I wasn't too hungry (had a big lunch earlier) so even tho I really enjoyed the food I had I couldn't eat it all. The burger was very good!! I don't view it as "trying to be like meat", as it's its own thing. The flavors were really nice. I'd say it was a little too strong on the sauce, as it was hard to take bites at times (the buns kept wanting to slide off while holding). My friend had the fake duck and she let me try it. THAT I was very impressed by. That actually felt like meat! I don't remember what duck meat tastes like but it also tasted like a meat as well. Oh and the cheese on my burger wasn't bad either! I normally hate cheese on burgers but this didn't bother me at all. The fries could have been crispier. The dessert was very good! Her "ice cream" was very smooth and my powdered sugar things (hard to remember the name) was also good! Hotter to hold than to eat, surprisingly. I feel conflicted about the added gratuity. There wasn't much service compared to a regular restaurant (had to get your own water and most of the things you pick up at the bar) but it was also less than I'd normally tip (I'd feel pressured to tip if it asked). So I dunno! I'd like that more if there's more service. I'll for sure come here again, either with my same friend or my family of non-vegans.

Market hash, beet chocolate muffin, apple cider, reverie benedict
    Haley N.

Love this full vegan restaurant! They always have a few rotating options which is fun. They offer brunch on the weekends too, with an earlier opening time. Today I got the market hash and it was phenomenal! I want to get a side of the creamy chimichurri sauce to take home now because WOW! My friend got the Reverie Benedict which was also delicious, with a little sweetness. This is a no tipping establishment, where you order at the front, where you also grab your drinks, and then food is brought out to you. The vibe is earthy, artsy, hippie. They have a beautiful outdoor space as well, if you visit in warmer months. Definitely recommend trying this spot for plant based eats!

I met a friend here for lunch. This has been on my Yelp Collection to try and she is vegetarian so it was a great match. Loved the vibe. Mural on the wall. Lovely sunny patio out back. Great place to work to catch up with friends and we saw tables and booth with both. I chose the Berbere bean and Lentil soup. No idea what a berbere bean is but the soup was delicious. Nice and hot with a little kick of spice. The bread served with it was delicious as well. (There is gluten free side choice as well). My friend had the cauliflower tacos were were colorful and yummy. You order at the counter. Staff was helpful as this was my first visit. It is a no tipping restaurant (so the sign says). You also do not need to bus your own dishes. Great experience.

The Korean BBQ tacos were delicious! Great homemade biscuit. And I quite enjoyed the scone. Very cozy with chill vibes. The person at the counter had a great, positive energy. I wish we lived in Minnesota!

my second business trip to twin cities. i had chosen this cafe as my first stop. They did not disappoint! As a person who started my whole food journey almost 40 years ago I am always pleased when i travel to an area with lots of vegan whole food choses. At Reverie they have a nice selection of menu items to satisfy most taste. when I shared some of my food allergies i was provided a list of foods which contained soy so i could make an informed sekection! i really appreciate that type of service. not everyplace is prepared or open i decided on tbe breakfast burritto with some modifications. the burritto was really quite filling and the potatoes had a really nice smoky flavor which was different but really good all the ingrdeints had a nice lively flavor, not salty or heavy try them out

I know firsthand that coffee is king in Panama, so I figured anything inspired by their incredible coffee culture had to be worth trying. I visited Curioso on an early Sunday morning and immediately found it special. Not just for its coffee, but for the ambiance, service, and overall vibe. Curioso is a large, welcoming space that's part coffee bar, part brewery. I was immediately impressed by the variety of entertainment for all ages: arcade games, pool tables, dart boards, a skee-ball machine, board games, and even claw machines. Seating options are abundant, from cozy couches to tables and high-tops. There's a toddler play area and a library filled with books for all ages. The space feels family-friendly and is warm, welcoming community gathering space for all. I noticed flyers for free community events Curioso hosts, like Sunday Morning Yoga and Tuesday Trivia nights. The service was equally warm! The barista, although managing a busy Sunday morning solo, took her time to explain coffee options, highlight weekly specials with her own recommendations, and describe the pastries in partnership with Fruit & Grain and Bagels from St. Paul Bagelry. Oat milk is the standard for all their drinks! (Which I loved) We tried two speciality lattes: the "Butter Luck Next Year" (iced) and the "Blue Ribbon Peach Pie" (hot). Both were exceptional! Strong, robust, and delicious. Alongside, we also enjoyed an "Everything" handpie and a "Blueberry Lemon Curd" pop tart. Both pastries were out of this world delicious! I loooooved this pairing. I'm a sucker for savory, so the "Everything" handpie reigned supreme for me. Although I don't have a fur-baby (yet), I would like to include that Curioso is fur-friendly.
