Ranfis came out to remove an old coating that started to peel and put on a new glossy coat that looked like...actually make that, BETTER THAN, a new tub! He took great care to run a big long exhaust duct out an open window to mitigate the smell. By the next day, the place barely smelled as I left a few windows in the other rooms open all night. He also cleaned up meticulously after and put blue latex gloves over the shower head and tub faucet to make sure no water dripped on the new finish. One huge reason I chose them was because they had a very reasonable price for a vendor that i made sure used an acrylic/polyurethane coating and not just epoxy which I heard can yellow. I'll have to wait and see in a few years how this does. But so far, I'm happy with the job!

First, him and his team removed our old baseboards, delivered the new ones, and let us paint them before installing the new ones a few days later. They thoroughly sanded and repaired areas of damage and dry rot before putting the stain and finish on our original red/white oak parquet floors, working carefully to remove all areas of the old stain and filling in any cracks and gaps. We appreciated that he was so flexible when we changed our minds about the stain after seeing a test patch, pivoting along with us to help us achieve the look we were going for.
