Discovered this place via a Instagram ad so I inquired. From the get go, my experience was pleasant, they were very nice and informative. I was a bit reluctant as a male because I always assumed treatments like this were for females. However I opted to try the chin fat dissolver because I've had a double chin my entire life even as a fit male. Genetically, my whole family has a double chin and we're not even fan. So far, I feel like it helped and had people comment on it. I'm back and doing a few more fat dissolving treatments to see how sharp I can get my jawline. The staff is all nice :) read more

HONEST REVIEW!!! I will start by saying staff was attentive and 'welcoming'. Recently moved to AZ and trying to establish my beauty professionals now that I've moved. I owned my own spa as a LME; so very familiar with policy, treatments and customer care. First and foremost I made my appt on Saturday for Tuesday (2 business days later) in that short amount of time I received 5 emails, and 11 text messages. Can we say over kill!!! ... and yes I mentioned this checking in only to be truthful as a professional as it's a turn off. Checked in, took pictures, then was asked to pay before my 'treatment' UM HELLO who does that plus you can tip but tipping is on a service, a service that hadn't even happened. I drove 55 mins to receive 'treatment' only to be told I can't do Kybella (liquid lipo) today and only a B12 shot however if I really want it she can see if it will get approved by the nurse. Okay hold up?! I can't have it cuz they do a week apart but suddenly yah maybe I can get approved. Craziness! Weird cuz being in the profession there is no risk involved doing at the same time, I mean b12 is a vitamin not a narcotic. I knew going into this, one treatment wasn't going to be enough so had every intention of making an additional purchase UNTIL the rabbit hole of misinformed information and crazy tactics. My 30 mins at a 60 min appt did not get me ANYTHING for $97 I did pay as I signed up for this HOWEVER I got NOTHING and should not have paid. I couldn't come back in a week to do the Kybella even if I wanted to being that I would be gone but hold up?! You can do the B12 today and Kybella treatment when I return in a month. Crazy talk now when I was just told to space it a week apart. Point to this review is a honest professional opinion on 'sales' tactic. You had me at a client willing to pay for a package until timelines just didn't add up with spacing and not willing to do both Kybella and b12 at the same time .. I mean that IS what I signed up for. Btw I left and called my RN that did my previous treatment at for 10+ years back in WA on my way home to get confirmation this was craziness ... PEOPLE THIS IS NOT TRUTHFUL! i'm going to be honest i never received any treatment from this company and that is ONLY because of the harassment i recieved by even INQUIRING about it and the dismissive attitude i got when i asked them to tone it down. i saw a promo on instagram and wanted to read about more information but it turns out the only way to get information is to give information. so i gave my name and phone number just to read up a little about the promo they were offering and other services they have. which to me is very sneaky sneaky. can't even look at their website without signing your soul away. i work 12 hour shifts and during 2 of my back to back shifts i got a total of 8 phone calls and 12 text messages. and the phone calls were double calls. i'd ignore one and they'd call right back. when i told them it was excessive they sent me a gif and said "that was us reaching out again " like..yes im aware please don't do that. i mean..it's during normal working hours what do you expect me to be doing at 1000 on a tuesday? the harassment is enough for me to never want to set foot in this place and i read another review that their deal is misleading which i wouldn't doubt based on their behavior read more

That didnt happen all they did was put a v12 shot I ended up driving 1 hour for nothing wanted to charge 8000 grand to do a chin procedure.
