Odd, but I respected the policy. However, after the treatment, I was told I'd receive a complimentary glass of champagne--what I received was a literal sip, maybe an ounce at most. When I politely asked if that was the full serving, I was met with rude and condescending commentary that made me feel embarrassed for even asking. To be blunt: the front desk staff and support team were the biggest letdown. From the moment I arrived to when I left, they were either dismissive or cold, which does not align with the kind of experience expected at a spa with this reputation and price point.
