It's pretty comforting since it can be very intimidating at first. You strip down to undergarments and wear socks and slippers and put on a robe and mits. When you get in the machine you take off the robe, and it begins. It was pretty cold so you'll shiver, quiver and stutter if you're talking. But the time goes by really fast. My back was killing me until Dr Alex started helping me. He makes you feel comfortable and provides helpful explanations to what is actually going on, instead of using doctor jargon that I might not understand. He helps me feel full of energy again, I am no longer eating advil every day to suppress my pain. The pain has almost gone away entirely. Leslie is his receptionist and is as sweet as can be. I enjoy talking to her. She is also helpful with scheduling and rescheduling appointments. I wish she was at every doctors office that I went too. She is so pleasant. I also recently had a massage here too. Mia knows that she's doing and can explain what I am feeling just by touching the different parts of my back. I was amazed. They also have packages to buy, so if you don't have ClassPass-don't worry! They have at least 3-4 individual changing rooms (like you would in a spa-they have benches and robes and socks in the room and mirrors for when you get dressed again). The room with the chamber is nice-clean, aesthetically pleasing and they stay in there with you to monitor (if it gets to be to cold, etc). I really like that they played music during my session-it helped to pass the time. If cryo is what you're looking for in the Morristown area, this is the place to do it.
