My experience here was not up to my expectations or worth the money they charge. I have been to other spa's for better and cheaper service. They give you slippers and a robe, and for those that don't give you slippers and robe at least they offer you bottled water. They ask you to fill out a questionnaire to pin point the areas that need the most attention. None of this took place. The sheets did not seem clean, not crispy and new. I left with the same pain I walked in with after $210 plus $20 tip. I will never go back. They are too many places better service for me to ever entertain going back here. I kept telling the girl lower back, still left the same as I walked in. The place looks nice but that's about it. No parking, street parking. Highly upset to waste my money. I paid extra for a 30 min foot massage which I thought would be separate massage but she gave me what should of been 30min foot massage turned into 10min on the same table. Again i have been to other massage locations and they have it separate massage and foot massage. read more

I am SO happy I found this place! This spa was so cute & well put together but more importantly IT WAS SO CLEAN! It smelled nice & clean as well! My deep tissue massage was perfect! My therapist, Vanessa, had amazing pressure & was incredibly attentive. I have some back issues but she was very aware of my problem areas & adjusted her pressure as needed. I've just returned from a great massage experience at PURE. Lovely space and the massage rooms are beautifully appointed. There are several individual rooms on the second floor of this beautifully renovated house. There is also a very nice room on the main floor for couples massages as well as an infrared sauna. The staff were extremely warm and there is a variety of services and packages available. I accidentally called the owner as I was checking in and she called me back minutes later to make sure everything was okay. Lisa did an incredible job on working out the terrible knots I had from neck to lower back on my right side and I'm glad I added the aromatherapy to my 60 minute massage. She checked in throughout the massage about the pressure level and how I was feeling. The hot towels and soothing lotion were a treat. Overall it was a really great experience and I enjoyed it so much that I signed up for the 6 month membership which includes a discounted price each month as well as a free session in the sauna before each monthly massage as a bonus. I'm proud to support a woman run and staffed business and can't wait to book my next session. The service is personal and welcoming and definitely deserves a 5 star review! read more

Highly recommend! Street parking, so bring quarters or dimes to feed the meter if parking out front. The door may be locked upon arrival, but they let you in in time for your service so just be patient. The building is a converted house which was really smartly converted. The rooms I visited, including the waiting area were really well put together and very calming. They've truly done a great job bringing in the spa vibes to this space. Especially the massage room I visited where I would probably want to sit for hours if I could. Complimentary water is available and the most comfortable robe I've ever met in my life. My first service was a facial with Derya. She was awesome and did a great job. I definitely recommend getting a facial at least once a month if you can fit it in your budget and would return to Derya for sure. Next, Reiki-ssage (Reiki + Massage) for 60 minutes with Lauren and Kelli (plus the hot stones which I def recommend). This was a phenomenal experience. Both practitioners check in with you first to assess your level of comfort with their services (e.g. massage pressure). The massage was perfect- i asked for a 7/8 out of 10 in terms of pressure and I woke up feeling sore the next morning because of how knotted up my neck and shoulders were (laptop life). Kelli checked in on the pressure to ensure I was comfortable, and did a really thorough job in removing all knots/scar tissue. I feel so much better and plan to try to make these massages a more regular part of my routine. Reiki with Lauren was also awesome. I left feeling like I was floating home and had the most peaceful evening I've had in a very long time.
