After I explained that there was a hair in my food and items I never ordered, she told me that I needed to come in person to speak with her or call back tomorrow to speak with her manager. For something as serious as finding a hair in someone's food, I expected much better customer service and a much more professional response. I should not have to go back to the restaurant just to get a refund for food that was unacceptable. I will definitely not be coming back or ordering from here again. Absolutely unacceptable experience.
