I expected more flavor, but it was kind of mild. Good if you don't want anything too sweet or strong. Lychee fruitea $5.95- got 50% sweetness. Still sweet so can't imagine full sweetness. Big pieces of fresh lychee, so you actually need to open the lid and use a spoon/fork to eat it (downside). Drinks are pricey, so i didn't add any extra toppings (80c-$1). I think 75c for toppings should be the max. They do sell physical gift cards for any amount you want. I heard some people ordered the popcorn chicken which sounded good. Parking is ok. I had to park further down (lots of handicap parking in front). I can imagine it being busy on weekends. I went on a Wednesday at 430pm. Teaa Byme is a favorite amongst my friends in the Sugar Land / Missouri City area and I can see why. They offer plenty of seating that ranges from booths that encourage socializing to study booths that offer a tad more privacy. Ordering can be done either at the cash register or at a kiosk. The drinks that we tried include the jasmine green milk tea with boba and the mango matcha latte. Of the two, my favorite was the mango matcha latte. I ordered this drink with 50% sweetness, but I would recommend 0% sweetness next time because the mango syrup or jam that they use is already pretty sweet. That being said, I thought that the drink was pretty refreshing and balanced. After reflecting on my experience, I think that Teaa Byme and the mango matcha latte will be a go to drink for me whenever I am craving something sweet and I am in the area. Teaa Byme is in a slightly hidden away plaza that is really starting to blow up. I am looking forward to how other new boba shops (Fresso looks very promising) and restaurants change the landscape in this plaza. This is one of my newest go-to places for boba! Their Dark Sugar series is truly one of my favorites to get. Ever since my friend introduced me to Teaa, the dark sugar milk tea has been my favorite brown sugar milk tea. I always find myself coming back, even all the way from the medical center/ NRG area. The sweetness is perfect for me, and the tea itself has such a rich flavor. I really enjoy their boba as well. I think the texture is the perfect balance between chewiness and softness. Their foam is also really good as it is not too sweet but adds a creaminess and lightness to the milk tea. The only thing I am not too big of a fan of is the half flip lid when you get the foam because I can't sip it, and I fear that it might spill in the car. They have so many outlets, and the lighting is a little darker with good music, making it a great place to do some work. read more

One of the better non chain boba shops. Gets a plus as it's in sugarland a place with few choices for boba. They are known for their brow sugar series but also have amazing seasonal and coffee based drinks. I got their Thai milk tea and you can really taste the tea flavor that cuts well through the sweetness. I got it half sweet with brown sugar boba which I think was a perfect balance. We have been customers since grand opening, and finally wanted to write a review for our favorite boba spot :) (Vi) Their honey boba is hand made and ALWAYS fresh and chewy. I personally love their teas. My go-to drink is the Honey Jasmine Green Tea with honey boba. It always feels so light and refreshing. I also always get the strawberry tea. They always use fresh fruit in their drinks and it is a breath of fresh air in the boba world! Highly recommend all the fruit teas here~ They are also a GREAT spot for studying or work! The music isn't too loud and there are plenty of tables for both small and big groups of people. The lack of outlets might be a bit of an issue, but nothing you can't work around. All staff are so nice and friendly, love them! (Ry) I also love their honey boba because it has a clean, sweet taste, and always has the perfect bounce and chew. My favorite drinks are the Vietnamese coffee which is strong and sweet and the strawberry matcha latte with honey boba which is creamy, fruity, and has a nice matcha flavor (I get it less sweet as well). I'm not from the area but I come to this strip often for another reason. I decided to try it out today and didn't realize how packed it got! Loved being greeted right away and super welcoming. From their menu I decided to try their "Matcha Strawberry Latte w/ Ube foam & dark brown sugar boba". I got a small, regret not getting a large. Only thing I will say it needed more ice for my likings. I felt like it was a little bit room temp. On top, I decided to give one of their snacks a try. Their "Cajun Fires - Spicy" they definitely had a good kick to them. They come with the side of ketchup maybe next time I can ask to see if they have ranch because I usually eat my fries with ranch. Overall, I received my order quickly despite of how busy they were. A cute tea joint with plenty of table space for you to come in work or study or even chitchat with a friend. Teaa Byme deserves it's flowers so I decided to stop being lazy and make a review lol. All of the drinks we have tried have actually been good and it has been such a pleasant surprise! With that, I get to rotate through different drinks and even try new drinks occasionally when I feel more spontaneous. We have tried the Jasmine MT, Jasmine Matcha Brulee, Wintermelon Lemonade, Coco Matcha, Ube Coffee (w/Viet coffee vs. espresso), and Thai Tea. I love that all of their drinks typically isn't too sweet (their standard is 75%). If we get toppings, we would change the sweetness to 50% for most drinks. However, the Jasmine Matcha Brulee is one I would order at 50% and then Wintermelon Lemonade is at 25-50% since the Wintermelon can be pretty sweet. The texture of their boba is typically good and consistent. They only have strawberry boba on the weekends and it's such a good addition to the Jasmine MT. For snacks, we enjoy the popcorn chicken and cheese fries as well as the cajun fries sometimes. The staff is always kind and efficient. Definitely one of the best tea spots we've had in a while and we love that it has been so consistent. Hopefully it remains that way! read more

Teaa Byme is one of my go-to study locations in the greater Houston area, and I find myself visiting it almost every week to get work done while sipping on an amazing variety of drinks. I've tried many different drinks here and really enjoyed most of them. My personal stand-outs are the House Special Coffee, the Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and the Matcha Tea Brulee. The House Special Coffee is a sweet alternative to their Viet Coffee and I find myself switching between the 2 if I want to be caffeinated. The Viet Coffee is a slightly bitter but enjoyable drink that keeps me going throughout long study hours, and the House Special Coffee is a creamier and sweeter version of it. The cream and brown sugar on top of this drink really sets it apart from the standard Viet Coffee and I find it absolutely delicious. I would also like to mention that the brown sugar boba here is one of the best I've had, and is a big part of why I love this boba shop. The tapioca balls are the perfect texture and extremely sweet and yummy. I definitely recommend going 1-2 sweetness levels down if you are going to add this topping. The inside of the store is very cozy with slightly dim lighting after the sun goes down and plenty of natural light during the day. I always sit at the single tables along the wall which are walled off as it really helps me focus. Plenty of outlets and stable wifi also. I've already been here dozens of times and will continue to visit again and again. 10/10! read more

Stopped here for an after dinner tea. They were quick and nice. Place is very open and clean. There was a big empty space in the middle which could be filled with more tables and chairs. It seems to be a good study place. For the teas myself, they were really good. I would come back here again. Parking is free and out front. read more

I LOVE Teaa !! It's my go-to boba spot now. I rarely get drinks with boba, but Teaa has THE BEST boba. The texture does not compare to the premade stuff other shops use, so I'm constantly craving it (went 3x last week). The workers have all been really nice, but I also like using the ordering kiosk. Their seating is also really open and comfortable. One thing I recommend is changing the sugar level to less sugar for the fruitea drinks. I find them overly sweet unadjusted but perfect when I lower the sugar. Lychee fruitea: SO GOOD and refreshing!! I did less sugar, and I love how their drinks come with real fruit (had lemons, limes and lychee). The honey boba goes great with it. Peachee strawberries: I love the fruit pieces in this, but once again, lower the sugar!! This was the first drink I ever got, and it was too sweet for me. Dark sugar jasmine milk tea: I really enjoyed this one because the tea flavor was prominent. I didn't adjust the sugar, and it wasn't overpoweringly sweet. Once again, their boba is perfect. Watermelon Cane: I love how the watermelon is actual blended juice and not syrup. Highly recommend their sugarcane, and it's cheaper than a lot of places nowadays! Dark sugar matcha: NOTE- matcha in this isn't sweet at all. I got it twice and my other friends also got it before, and we all agree that the matcha tastes unsweetened. The brown sugar boba is the sweet component in this, but it doesn't really sweeten the matcha even with mixing. The matcha was strong though, so it's not like those watered down places! Both drinks were refreshing, and I was pleasantly surprised with an instagram discount of 15% for following the business. I didn't know about it, but the staff cashier let me know when I ordered! A newly opened boba store is here! The interior is clean and beautifully furnished. Menus are all on the screens. What this new boba tea shop has to offer is different from the nearby boba stores. One of the biggest difference is they have sugar cane drink, and it is freshly squeezed! I got the coco cane which had coconut juice, coconut meat, and sugar cane juice. It was a refreshing drink which was perfect for this warm weather. I saw black sesame (my favorite) on the menu and I knew I had to get it. The black sesame milk tea was good. For me, I would prefer more black sesame in the drink but it may overpowering for others. The staff was very helpful and friendly in answering all my questions. I wasn't sure about getting a brûlée drink, and she gave me some brûlée to try. I decided to get the matcha brûlée slush and it was so good. I would recommend their brûlée drinks. I also got the strawberry milk which was filled with strawberries. The drink was awesome. The staff moved super fast in preparing my drinks so wait time was short. Parking is ample and it is free. A true hidden gem! I'm a self-proclaimed boba connoisseur, and I can confidently say this is the best spot for REAL fruit tea and sugarcane juice in Sugar Land. Make sure to visit while their soft opening promotion (BOGO 50% off) is going on! I've brought 9 different friends to this place within that time frame, who then told their friends about this place. It's that good! The quality is unbeatable. The sugarcane juice is even better than the ones in Bellaire. These are also REAL fruit teas, and not the typical tea + fruit syrup mixtures you will find at most boba shops. I always get less sugar, and the taste is still amazing. I can confidently recommend any of their fruit teas or sugarcane juices. My friend and I also really enjoyed the Vietnamese coffee (it's creamier/not too strong, which is my preference). If you're intrigued by the charcoal latte, it tasted like a nice sweet milk to me. My friend ordered the Oreo slush brulee and thought it was good. The workers are very friendly, and the place is really clean. Teaa is also way more affordable than most boba places, making it the perfect go-to spot. They have a self-order kiosk as well as a cashier but I opted for the self-order. Since it was my first time there, I got a Fruit Green Tea without boba. Let me tell you, I was amazed. I haven't had a good Fruit Green Tea in a while so I was shocked at how perfect to my taste it was. It was around the $6~$7 range for a large (Their fruit teas only come in one size, which is a large). Ever since that day, I have been coming to this establishment. I would come here to study or to work on somethings as it's the perfect place to get work done or to simply chat with some friends/family. Their boba is handmade and you can see them making their boba from scratch from a window. Their milk teas(minus their thai tea) use non-dairy creamer !!! Which is huge as there aren't a lot of boba tea shops that offer that. I have to say that I am so happy to have found this place as it's one of my favorite boba shops in Houston. Wow! Missouri City is really stepping up its boba tea game. Teaa Byme has been opened for months now, but it was my first time here because I don't frequent this plaza a lot. I stumbled on Teaa Byme on a fine weekend while actually looking for Tihu (coffee). Upon entering, the sugar cane menu immediately caught my eyes. It's not common for a boba tea place to have sugar cane juice and definitely less common for one located in Missouri City. I ordered the Original sugar cane and the Coco sugar cane. Of course, I also ordered a tea - the Lygon Fruit Tea. The sugar cane was disappointing to say the least. Both drinks didn't taste fresh and tasted like packaged and frozen sugar cane juice that I could get from the grocery store. The coconut meat was very chewy and tough, and I couldn't really taste the coconut flavor. I was expecting the drinks to be similar to a sugar cane place that I frequent in Bellaire, but they fell very short. The Lygon (Lychee & Dragonfruit) Fruit Tea made up for the sugar cane juice. Both flavors of lychee and dragonfruit were prominent and distinct in the drink and the drink was so refreshing. I did get it less sweet so it didn't taste overpowering. I was also excited for the handmade boba but it was just chewy and bland. Service was great and there was a promo for drinks so I don't feel as hurt having bought only 1 out of 3 drinks that were good. Although I do miss Tihu, I'm glad that boba tea, my second love, has taken its place.
