They were the most beautiful French tips and they seriously lasted 7 weeks with no chips or damage at all. They could've kept going but my nails were getting too long. I've tried a few salons from Chesterfield out to O'Fallon and Icare has been the best. If you come in for a mani/pedi, it's not unusual to have two people doing your nails at the same time so your nails are done quickly and they're very meticulous with their work. First timer here! I got a gel mani which is originally $35, but since it was my first time I got $5 off. I did use a credit card and there was a $0.60 charge for that. I only found out after checking my banking app. I tried to schedule an appointment a week before via email and nicole responded right away but I never got a confirmation so I decided to walk in. They happily accepted me and I sat down right away! Yoyo helped me and was very friendly and kept good conversation. There was only one other woman on a Sunday afternoon, but then a woman walked in, who I assume is a regular because they spoke to her by name. She sat and waited a little bit, then two other walk ins came in but only two women were working. I asked if it was just them and she said yes. So my gel mani felt a bit rushed. I wish there were a bigger selection of color. It was one book with a lot of missing colors and then 2 rings of nails. Maybe I'm just picky, but I'll order the color I want on amazon and just bring it in for them to use. There was a little bit of skin I wish she cleared up (I noticed after the fact) but overall good experience. She even re-did my toe (without hesitation or complaint) when I accidentally smudged it getting my slipper on. We had a great conversation about our families and traveling. The customer service his is outstanding. I felt so terrible for my nail tech, my dad tried to speak Chinese to her. Which was embarrassing but she actually talked to me, and we made casual jokes about him. I did ask for different glitter options and couldn't make up my mind, but she had no sign of frustration which was also great. I took off a star because there was some acrylic left of my actual nail and I had to pick it off when I left which is one of my biggest pet peeves. But if you're looking for a nail place that can actually even out their nails and talk to you then this is the place to go! read more

Recently I decided after almost a year off of acrylic nails that I missed my claws and I wanted a full set. I don't have a go to spot here so I took to yelp and found this spot. I asked for medium length almond shaped nails, and a full set with gel set me back $45 (+tip) Its an upcharge for the special shape which was totally fine by me as the nail tech took her time making sure the tips were flawlessly fitted, the length was perfect, the shape was exactly what I wanted, and the structure is spot on. I managed to chip the gel on my thumb and it was lifting a tiny tiny bit (totally my fault I jammed it) and when I went back in for a polish change she fixed the lifting on that nail as well, without me even saying a thing. Really good attention to detail. It's really like 4.5 stars, and that half star deduction is due to the fact it could be a bit cleaner. It's not blatantly unsanitary but also not impressively clean. read more
