This facility severely injured my German shepherd. He had fhno surgery on 5/29/24 at aves and was referred to revive for physical therapy. Dr Carn assessed Hans for water therapy. We arrive for our appt we were called into the treatment area she said we don't have all the equipment to treat him but I'll try?? WHAT?? Michelle's says we think we can make this work? I'm thinking we think? she says we can do this, this I talked it over with the doc things are gonna be fine. We walk him into the treadmill. She starts buckling this,Velcro this, snapping this snapping that, straps everywhere holding him by his neck and back to hold my 130 German Shepherd on a treadmill in a tank. No water is in this tank as Hans is being held by these leaders and lifting him by his neck and back causing him to me wobbly and not stable. Hans was noticeably uncomfortable and I said this is not good for him and then she takes that same bar the doctor used last week and places it in front of Hans head and starts wrapping straps on to it I go to the towel rack to just help her to push it in front of the bar like Dr Carn did the week before and she's puts her hand up and says no. Then puts a tiny piece of foam in front of the bar. I said that wasnt what the doc used. Michelle said I got this. So Hans is yet once again standing with all his weight in this treadmill with no water in it. On his new hip. Pressure on all his joints. This was not helping him this was hurting him. He stood in a dry tank with no support for over 10 min. she finally adds water I Immediately see his feet buckling over I told her what I saw and she said he they will fix them once we get going. I was at front of Hans trying console him and this is when the bar she had put in front of him to hold straps etc around him broke loose and hit Hans in the head. He made a noise it hurt him. She then pushes the foam back place and turns up the treadmill. He's not walking it's dragging him and his foot was stuck between the glass and the treadmill he yelped really loud and staring crying/ barking. I told her to get him out of the tank now. This isn't helping him they are hurting him. She continued to stuff floats around him that made him unstable. I said we are done!!!the straps are hurting him. 2 more hours wasted and Hans not getting better but worse due to the treatment he is getting from them. Michelle said we don't have proper equipment that's why he's unstable . Then why treat him and take my money?? Once out it was a huge task for my husband to get him out of that treadmill and into the truck. He could barely walk out the clinic doors. We rushed him to aves after we left . They did his hip surgery. He was in so much pain and he couldn't hold his head up. He was just laying on his side. This was so hard to see happen. They hurt our dog. them not having the proper equipment injured Hans with a slipped disk or pulled out back/ neck. The bar that hit his head left a lump. He's 9 with degenerative disk like any 9 year old dog but his neck and back they injured it. He was walking fine. This was therapy for his hip!!! They are responsible I paid another 4 k for a new mri to figure out what damage was done. During this time he was placed on prednisone for a month and during this time he got mrsa. He's been pain meds until surgery/ care. Hans needs surgery to walk again. We are now close to 22k on his care. The owner called me after I left a message for her and asked her to refund me for his treatments in which she agreed and to help me get Hans the treatment he needs due to her clinic negligence. She agreed to all this. As of 9/9/24 I have not received all my money back or help with treatment!!! I have left numerous messages for her and she will not respond. You want her caring for your dog I have invested another 6k in Dr visits wheelchairs and supplies for Hans and just recently had a 1500.00 quad chair donated to Hans to help him with is bathing him and therapy. Due to them injuring him. Prior to seeing revive we paid over 15k for Hans care! Dr Mohammad has ignored me and taken no responsibility. The things she said on that phone call she did not follow through with. She also owns allendale vet clinic right next door. I ask you all to beware. You might end up with I did. Do not trust this facility. The owner is right next door she owns the vet clinic. Doctors are not on site. Michelle is and she is not equipped to rehabilitate animals. She severely injured our dog. We have videos with audio to prove this. Once it was taken to the owner she was so unprofessional and showed no care and concern that they just fractured a dogs neck/ back while he was recovering from hip surgery. I will spend the rest of my life letting everyone we know that do not trust this place. Michelle is cold and rude and tied my dogs neck to bars to hold him up in a treadmill filled with water. He could not do this I asked her to pull him out and stop before this happened. The bar that she has him strapped to fell and hit his head he went under water, they had to stop the treadmill and hit the button to remove the water. After that he couldn't walk he was carried out by me and taken to the er where they said they slipped disks in his neck. He was paralyzed. He was being hoyer lifted into bed and moved to clean up after potty until A&M did a hameloctimy on him. I am about 30k in from what they caused. Unbelievable the owner Dr Muhammad said she was assist me with the bills for my dog ( I have recorded) but she never did she refunded me two visits!!! PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!!!
