From my very first appointment, Coco made an excellent impression. She is extremely professional, welcoming, accommodating, and most importantly, an amazing massage therapist. I've enjoyed my experience so much that getting a massage every other Saturday has become part of my regular routine. I usually book the first appointment at 9:30 a.m. and do a two-hour combination of Swedish and Thai massage. It has been incredibly rejuvenating, especially after dealing with ongoing back discomfort and the everyday wear and tear on my body. Coco does a fantastic job of making you feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you arrive. She takes her time, pays attention to the areas that need the most work, and you can tell she genuinely takes pride in what she does. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. The staff has also always been friendly and very accommodating with scheduling, which I truly appreciate. I'm sure the other massage therapists at Massage Hut are wonderful as well, but as they say, first impressions mean everything, and Coco made such a great impression that I've continued coming back to her. Per staff if using online booking we have to book it at least a day before (good to know, although I wish we had that heads up/information somewhere to be informed about it). Last time I have booked a massage a day before only to be called on the day of the massage 2 hours earlier than the supposed scheduled massage if they could move it on a later time which I couldnt agree cause of prior comitments I had for that day so I ended up being cancelled.
