Frank Totino is the owner and operator of this business. He has additional certifications in many specialty therapies including reflexology, cupping, and myofascial release techniques. He is usually booked solid well in advance, but don't let the wait time deter you. He has 60 and 90 minute massage options, as well as an on-site infrared sauna. Multiple session packages are available at a discounted rate, as well as monthly subscriptions. Currently I have my treatments with him booked out for the upcoming 7 months in order to have my preferred time slots. He also has a great response time for messaging and can sometimes work with other clients to swap time slots if an unexpected time conflict arises. My mom was flying up for a visit so I got her a massage with Frank thinking after a long flight a massage would be great but then she fell down my stairs getting all bruised up. We let Frank know and he was able to be gentle around her bruised areas and he also got the tension out of her body from the fall. What's really amazing though is my mom has had pain in her shoulder for 20 years maybe longer she's gone to doctors about it she's had physical therapy and 2 cortisone shots but Frank worked on her shoulder and gave her more pain relief then she has ever had. Amazing. I am always incredibly tense in my back, neck and shoulders. When I get a massage, it's not for relaxation- it's for fixing the mess that is my body. Frank was hands down the best integrated/sports type massage I've ever had. He found sore spots I didn't know existed and worked them out to help the connected sore areas I knew I had. He also tried cupping on me- omg. My life will never be the same! It was so helpful to release my tender spots to be able to work on them. I will definitely get cupping done each time! I went to Frank today. It was my first ever massage. He explained in through detail what he was doing, and I felt comfortable with him. He explained what my problems were (they were shoulder related and posture related). He used cupping on me to be able to do deep tissue massage. The first session was good and now I'm able to stand up straight. Most likely will be going back in a month to continue therapy. I purchased a Groupon for $55 for a massage this fall. They couldn't honor it because they sold too many and were over booked. The manager said It was still worth face value $55 after the promotion ended so I booked a relaxing massage. I sat outside for 20 mins as the massage therapist showed up 5 minutes after the scheduled massage. Donna gave me a 50 minute (because of being late) in which I had to tell her numerous times she's too hard. It was not the great experience as I thought it would be. After the owner Frank wanted an additional $30 plus tip on top of the $55 I already paid him. I asked why because I just looked at her prices and the most expensive was $60. His reasoning was because I had a $55 credit I HAD to get the most expensive massage listed in HIS price sheet. What a rip off!! I gave him his additional $30 and tip and left. $85 plus tip Horrible experience. Don't waste your time here. read more
