It's fun for adults and kids, all the water features and props and it being outdoors. It's great. We don't use the batting cages so I can't say anything there. The arcade is okay. My kids seemed to like it. Ideas for improvement : (for management) The golf courses were full of debris. (I even asked if I could borrow a broom to sweep them, there was multiple people working and appeared to just be standing around on their phones.) that makes the put put less fun because your ball is bouncing off sticks and plant debris.

There is a reason professional players migrate to Arlington, Texas in the off-season to train here. There are adequate cages that can be used by individuals or rented by teams. In addition, they have added 2 training areas and a weight room where they offer classes, workshops, private lessons, and more. The pros not only work with kids, but they work out with the kids. Brian, Cameron, Aidan, and Tom have created a culture that makes kids and families feel like they belong. Love this place!!!!

I wanted to cross hitting a baseball off my bucket list. The price on the internet was $ 55.00 dollars for a session. I thought that was fair because I wanted to accomplish this even if I'm a senior. Jason was wonderful to me. My only and biggest complaint is the pricing. I was fully prepared to pay the $ 55 for the half hour when I booked the online appointment. When I arrived today, I was told it was $60.00. Not a big difference but you should have honored the price on the web site. I told the young man about the pricing difference but my complaints fell on deaf ears. I feel this is wrong and cheated. I would give Jason a 5 star rating but your customer service one star. There's a bit of a learning curve at first, especially adjusting to the pitch timing and actually putting the ball in play. You can choose how many innings to play and select from four difficulty levels: Very Easy, Easy, Pro, and All-Star. Very Easy was almost effortless, Easy felt like a good balance with some solid hits and home runs, and Pro was extremely challenging (basically no-hit territory.) I didn't even attempt All-Star. Pitch speeds ranged from about 40-60 mph, which worked well for me, and you can adjust them to find your comfort zone. When you're not batting, there are a few on-screen options, but they're pretty limited - adding more interaction for the non-batting team would make the experience even better. Overall, it's a cool concept and probably will be back again.
