The place needs a complete gutted renovation and looks like at any minute, all the walls are going to cave in. No one ever answers the phone and no one ever knows about organized sports teams. Voice mail doesn't get answered either. Apparently this is like a mall with independent vendors or something. This summer, the straw that broke the camel's back for me was when they decided to lock exit doors in the rear of the building, which is where I entered, but could not exit because they were chained. The only way out was through the front door. Other doors to get out of the building are not clearly marked or are blocked. This is a disaster waiting to happen. Another straw that broke the camel's back was a referee who wore a pair of shorts with the acronym IDGAF on the pant leg. I was appalled that he thought it was OK to wear such to a children's sporting event; and I was also appalled that the facility staff allowed it and clearly just about allows anything. It must be the cheapest place in town for basketball leagues.

THIS IS NOT NEW AS WE HAVE SHOWN THE FRONT DESK PRIOR TO TODAY (weeks and months ago) . SO I THOUGHT I WOULD POST PICTURES TO HELP THEM SEE IT. THIS IS FROM 3 DIFFERENT SHOWERS AT ROCKWALL TX 24 HOUR FITNESS. 24Hour - If you want someone to run this GYM correctly and get this place in shape I am available to make that happen. But if you ever have bad luck with a certain machine, let them know and you'll be credited back. Everyone here is helpful and friendly too, they will also loan you a bat & helmet if you don't have your own. Machines pitch baseballs & softballs from slow pitch to fast pitches as well.

I joined this gym last fall, when the time change occured. I called to ask about pricing and was asked to come and tour. I made an appointment for that afternoon. I was shown around then asked to sign a contact for my membership. It's in the ballpark of $50 a month but for the location, I felt like that was reasonable. I was told that I could cancel if I decided that I no longer wanted the membership. I immediately start receiving phonecalls to set up my 'free personal training session'. After a few calls, I finally called the gym to tell them that I am not interested in the service as I just wanted to use the treadmills. Even months later, I still receive an occasional phonecall and email trying to set up this service. The treadmills are all set up with televisions, which is pretty cool. On several occasion, my television didn't work properly. The bottom line for my one-star review is the contract. Evidently, there is no way to end this contract. I was not allowed to simply cancel nor was I allowed to buy-out. There is not cancellation fee because you CAN NOT CANCEL. I'm stuck with this contract for at least another year, paying monthly.

Some of the equipment is not working correctly and the Dry sauna never reach above 131. The bathroom lockers are all taken by regulars or broken off the henge.
