She would request someone call her and it could take days for a return call and sometimes was not from the person she needed. When she first started going through Live Well, they requested a lot of lab work and she was told that it was check and her insurance would cover the labs. We are sitting here with a bill for close to $1300!! We would not recommend this "medical" practice at all.

The next time, it worked fine. I tried this place, due to a social media post for Dysport. Which was the cheapest in RVA. I'm a Dysport girl, so I jumped. It was a 4:30 appt and when I finally got thru to a video Dr (my phone would not register their info and after 20 minutes I was finally handed the technicians iPad, who swore she was done with the service) the Dysport was injected incredibly fast. Like 2 minutes and gone, with no wipes and blood dripping. I'm a 16 yr veteran but even I was feeling a quick exit. Here's the clincher guys, the great prices came at a new expense.... For the first time in 16 yrs I was charged a $50 fee for a "good faith medical exam" good for 1 year. Seriously? This is/was my very first and last exam fee and was caught so off guard. Did I miss this in the multitude of small words on the contract? Perhaps. But with that factored in.... Am I saving money?Hmmmm. Choose for yourself. That said, the product I received was good and that's hard to find for good Dysport.

But even with all my endless questions and constant office visits they never fall short of helping me, easing my mind and giving very informative responses. They both deserve recognition and should be praised for their tremendous, outgoing and caring skills. I started coming here about 2 years ago . I've seen Dr…read more Miller and a Nurse Practitioner , Dr. Haywood who sadly has left . (Moved to S.Carolina ) My Son has seen Dr. Turner . All have met my needs and are very thorough . When we do need to come , which thankfully isn't often (apple a day ...) it seems easy as 1,2,3 to get in with someone. Dr . Miller does seem to be extremely busy but I can always get in with one of the other Drs. They seem to care and take time to find out what's going on with you . Asking lots of questions. I've never felt like I was being rushed in and out. The staff up front in friendly and knowledgeable . They are quick to check you in and take your Co Payment . Waiting time before you are ask to come back is about 5-10 mins. They seem to run on time for the most part. Like today I had to bring my son in and there was no one in the waiting area . The front called him right after he signed in and we waited 5 mins before they called us back . The Nurse ( Sharon) checked the normal things ( weight , temp , height and blood pressure) She also came back in to let us know Dr. Turner wouldn't be much longer. ( it had been about 12 mins ) Dr. Turner came in and stayed about 35 - 40 mins . Asking my son how his hunting season went to asking him what brought him in today , and then into a thorough exam. He took his time with my son allowed me to share my thoughts and gave 2 reasons of what could be occurring . I am so glad this Family Practice was recommended to me . Our total time here at the office was an 1 1/2 It really depends on what your being seen for and I do not like to fill herded in and out. Which I nerve do. Dr. Turner is directing us to a path of healing and wellness .
