Lovely people but the eyelashes fell off within hours. When I called and asked them to refund my money, they kindly said that I could come back in and do it again. I told them I didn't want anyone messing with my eyelashes again, and they refused to refund my money. I'd really hope they have better customer service than that. They simply just needed to refund my money. It was potentially a one off problem and maybe they do a better job for everyone else, but my experience was not good. If you feel like throwing away 120 bucks this is your place. read more

I travel a lot all over the world, I have had my lashes done in so many places; Los Angeles, San Antonio, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Honolulu, even Shanghai, China, and I would have to say this place tops them all. The entire staff was friendly almost like they were trained by Disney. They went out of their way to make me comfortable. The decor is beyond elegant. Chandeliers and beautiful curtains. The chairs were outstanding, there was even a built in massage in the chair. They gave me a work and comfortable blanket. Ashley, my technician , was incredible. She was kind, gentle and did an amazing job. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. I would TOTALLY recommend this studio. My co worker recommend me this place for the eye lashes. So I did an appointment for eye lashes and eyebrow tint. My artist was Janellys... as a first time and with sensitive skin of course I was really scared. The staff made me felt very welcomed and when I had my turn. Janellys was friendly asked me what I wanted and if there's something else that she needs to knows regards allergies. So I explained that I wanted an cateye effect but not too heavy and that I have a sensitive skin. She explained to me how long it would take and put me on the massage chair while she was doing her job. To be honest the outcome of both services is stunning! I'm in love with my lashes and how my eyebrows were done. She also explained me how to clean my lashes so I highly recommend using a sensitive skin foam cleansing. Very happy with my lash lift experience here. I have sensitive eyes and had no issues. My lash tech took me in early, cute breathable masks were provided and plenty of parking. Ok so, I've been using this eyelash service for over a year now. My earlier review gave 5 stars, this has changed. If you have fine lashes, this is not the place for you. Within a week, the lashes begin to shed regardless of careful you are. Yes, they will at times offer a courtesy "touch up". But at $79. w/a few tolls and being a busy person is not convenient. The owner is awesome and seems to care. I found somewhere that have better lash retention without do overs and touch ups w/better quality lashes for less. In closing, keep close watch on your bill and charges. They implement price increases without proper posting for all to see. read more

I'm super picky when it comes to my eyelashes, not only were my extensions perfect but Kayla-my tech was super quiet and gentle which I like- I don't wanna chit chat the whole time I wanna fall asleep lol. I'm not sure what happed I saw such wonderful reviews but I will not be back. Rachel was rude and inconsiderate with my feed back about my burning and the lashes did not last they continued to fall out within the first couple days that was very unusual, I get my lashes done very frequently. I would advise you to choose another option. If Rachel wasn't so condescending when I was providing her my honest opinion I would have just left the situation as it was. Originally I got a full set of extensions, but found that the lashes didn't stay on nearly as long as they should. After calling the studio about my issue, I learned that it probably had to do with wearing a mask so much in the couple days immediately following my application. While I was still disappointed my lashes didn't last, I understood what the main issue lwas. Rachel, the owner, was so pleasant to talk to and she made sure my next appointment (to try the lash lift rather than get a fill on the extensions) was complimentary to make up for my less-than-ideal extensions situation. Since my lash issue had more to do with outside circumstances than anything the lash tech or studio did, that's all I could really hope for. My second visit was just as great as my first time, with super friendly staff that greet you right away and offer water. The beds are comfy and they have blankets so you can literally take a nap while getting your lashes done. Overall, nothing but good things to say! The way they took accountability when I wasn't happy went a long way in my book and I'll be returning to Flirty Girl for my lash lifts until masks are no longer a way of life - then, I'll be back for extensions again!
