My first visit had me present several scenarios that were creatively and expertly navigated. The owner Opie, even made sure that the bolts that were installed on my bike matched the color scheme. This level of detail said so much! Also, the way that the work is being done in the same space as where the customers are, gets everyone hanging out and creates a sense of community. Several hours went by and I didn't even notice as I was just in there chatting with everyone that came in as well talking bikes. To begin with, there is absolutely no pressure when walking around the store looking at bikes. No one attaches themselves to you like at a traditional dealership. If you have questions, however, there is always someone there to help. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We worked with James Freeman. He is so nice and helpful. His knowledge of the inventory and bikes in general is amazing. He helped me find the perfect bike for me (a 2014 Yamaha V Star). I fell in love with the bike almost immediately. James was patient in trying to get me financed. He was not pushy at all. He also helped me with required information to get new insurance on the bike. Never rushing me and treating me with kindness and respect. The finance manager Sean Helmeczy was just as helpful as everyone else in the dealership. Sean is extremely knowledgeable about all the financial options. He went out of his way to get me the best deal that I could possibly get. I cannot recommend the dealership enough. I contracted with Steven last August to fix the air conditioning in my truck; he gave me a year…read morewarranty on the work (parts and labor); verbally of course so I don't have anything to fall back on in writing (my mistake). After I paid him upfront for the parts (didn't have an issue with that) on August 22, I was told he would have the parts by Tuesday the 9th of September (18 days after supposedly ordering them, but okay)... I texted him on Wednesday the 10th asking when I should expect him. He texted back said he had been sick and asked if Friday the 12th would work. Told him sure. Friday comes and he doesn't show. I text him back and no response. This continues through the ENTIRE following week with no response from him. He finally shows up on the 19th (nearly an entire month after we first agreed he would do the job). I paid him via CashApp for the labor and figured that was the end of the situation. When he left, I was happy, finally had some air conditioning in the truck. My happiness was short-lived, because by Monday it was back to blowing hot air (no freon). So of course, I texted him and finally Wednesday the 24th he said he would try to get to me by the weekend (26-27 September), of course that didn't happen. He texted me again on the 29th saying he would "try and make it today".... Finally on the 30th of September he made it back over to redo his work. Everything since then was fine until last Sunday, May the 17th. The AC started blowing hot air again (obviously the system has sprung another leak). I've attempted to contact him via text every day since then with absolutely no response. Oh, and for those of you wondering why I'm texting him instead of calling, he doesn't answer the phone and hasn't even bothered to set up a voicemail. If you have an AC issue, find someone else. I'm fed up with this nonsense. Thinking about small claims court, but at this point I just need some AC.

This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had with someone claiming to work in this industry. He was completely disorganized from the start. He repeatedly promised to show up at specific times and either failed to appear or provided no communication whatsoever. Messages went unanswered, calls were not returned, and getting a simple update became nearly impossible. Communication was beyond poor--it was practically nonexistent. What was most frustrating was the constant pattern of making promises and then failing to deliver. He talks a good game and presents himself as knowledgeable, but there was absolutely no follow-through. Not a single commitment was completed as represented, and every step of the process felt chaotic and unreliable. Professionalism, reliability, organization, and accountability were all severely lacking. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. I would not trust this individual to work on a bicycle, let alone a motorcycle or any vehicle of value. Completely disappointed with the experience and would never recommend his services to anyone.
