So I had a unpleasant experience at Southern Devil HD this morning. (Before I begin let me preface this by saying I've purchased 3 motorcycles from this dealer) When I walked in the dealership, not a single person welcomed me or asked what I needed help with. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened at this particular dealer. Then I made my way over to the parts department. I was looking for a cleaner with bug removal properties. There are four display shelving units in the parts department that have cleaning products. All of the shelves are within 15 feet of the parts department cash register and have clear line of sight. There were no other customers in the department and there was one parts specialist. I walked around all four shelves looking at different products and the employee didn't ask if I needed help one time. When I decided on a product and was taking it up to the counter, I noticed a sign on the counter that read, "Rainy Day Special 10% off all cleaning products" When the employee rung up the purchase, I noticed he did not give me a 10% discount. So I asked, "What about the discount?" and he said, "You mean the one that says, (Rainy Day Discount)? I said,"Yes" and I swear he said to me, "Do you see it raining?" I honestly thought he was joking at first but then realized he was serious. He did not give me a discount even though the sign was plainly visible. Between motorcycles, parts, clothing and service calls, I have spent a great deal of money at this dealer and to be treated this way is the final straw. I'll be going to a different dealer from now on. read more

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would! My husband was looking for a particular bike and they had it. We live 3 1/2 hours away and called them before we went. We even asked them to call us and let us know if someone bought it before we got there, as we were traveling out of state to buy it. As soon as we walked up to Harley place, before 4:00 I might add, they had sold it underneath us. We even told "Meredith" what time we would be there and asked her to let us know if it sold before we got there! Pitiful excuse for business practice. Would NEVER send anyone there. Took bike in for service they just kept on trying to charge more and more suggested more things for my bike I told them what I needed done but they kept trying to up sale spent more than 2k in there service department,two tires put on were 1040.00 that's ridiculous I asked originally to have them reset a code l Warning light on gage display they didn't they wanted more money I won't be there again and I sure wouldn't recommend them there prices are ridiculous!! read more

Holy sh*t! I just purchased a 2016 Tri-Glide Ultra Classic from Southern Devil Harley Davidson, and my wife and I had the best experience ever. I've purchased a few bikes over the years, and I've been through some awful dealerships. But this was great. First, of course we were met at the door, however, the salesman just said hello and told us if we needed anything to let him know. What? No pressure sales!! That's a new one. When my wife and I found a bike, he was within earshot and able to answer all our questions along with another salesman. The part that got me the most, they actually listened to our needs. We showed them what we were looking at and never once did they push a bike on us. Yes, they gave us the pros and cons of the different bikes. A reality check you might call it. Still, it was our decision. We finally settled on the 2016 Trike. Then the finance manager came over to talk to us. This is where I figured the pain of negotiation began. Nope. He just listened and started to make things happen. I gotta say, he did work some magic to get us where we needed to be. And, yes, we stretch our payment goal by just a few dollars. But, we were upside down in our trade and we really wanted the Trike. Our question to ourselves was why we didn't go there first. I had already been using their service department and those guys are crazy helpful back there. Anybody asks me advice where to go to purchase a Harley... Southern Devil. read more

Nice place. Large and clean. You can't miss their sign. It's huge! This place is just off I-75 and a bit east of Hwy. 41. So far, everyone has been friendly and helpful. They always seem to have what I need. No special orders yet. I usually call to make sure they have what I want and then ride over and get it. It looks like they have an event space in the back. I'm interested in attending whatever goes on back there. read more

I have owned 6 Harley Davidson motorcycles and I purchased 4 from Cartersville/ Southern Devil HD. The customer service experience is the best. I feel welcomed when I come in to buy something or just to browse and hang out. The staff treats everyone like family and are very knowledgeable. Service is tops! from Drew my service writer to David my certified mechanic, I feel like they treat my bike as if it were their own. There is always a large selection in parts and motor clothes and its not in stock Zink and Carra always offer to get it for me. The dealership hosts and sponsors events regularly that are enjoyable making it a destination ride. The dealership also offers a military discount 7 days a week unlike other dealerships that offer a discount one day a week or not at all. I am a customer for life and would highly recommend Southern Devil for a new bike, parts, service and motor clothes. read more

Took my wife's motorcycle in for a recall. Guy was a jerk. Took it upon himself to "Inspect" my motorcycle and tell me a need expensive parts because I had a caliper leaking. It was actually the master cylinder reservoir. I asked if he checked the screw to see if it was tight? He said NO. So I went into the show room for a couple of minutes, came back out and they had moved my (other) motorcycle, and my helmets. When I went back inside looking for my helmets he said "oh yeah" I moved your motorcycle. Next time don't park it in front of the door. I didn't park in front of the door he was just being rude. I went back, got my motorcycle and left. I will not return to this dealership. read more
