The return policy is another major problem. For a brand that charges premium prices, the policy feels restrictive and outdated. There is no flexibility and no real consideration for the fact that customers are investing a significant amount of money in their products. Other retailers in the same price range have moved forward with more reasonable policies, but this location has not. Aritzia may sell beautiful clothing, but the overall experience at this store does not match the quality of the merchandise. Safety, customer care, and basic upkeep should not be optional.
