Originally, I wasn't planning on purchasing a Lexus RX400h until I saw the pristine condition it was in on cars.com, so I drove down to Campbell to take a look at it. Omied showed us the car and have us looked around the exterior as well as the interior of the car on our own. Then, we brought the car to have it inspected at a nearby Lexus dealer and there were a few minor issues with the car that Omied promised to fix. The transaction went smoothly, and drove the car off the lot within 30 minutes. The car itself had a few hiccups within a few days after the purchase, but it was expected since it is an used car. The car wouldn't start on one morning, and had the battery replaced. The struts and strut mounts were bad, and were replaced by a local mechanic. Other than that, the car was still a good deal after fixing a few things here and there. They really earned a 5-star review because at the time of purchase, the car only came with one key, and Omied tried to track the other key down. Apparently, the auction didn't have them, and long story short - we got a new key from his service advisor at Lexus of Stevens Creek, and he promised to take care of the bill (Awesome!) Update 11/05/2016 - Seller worked with us on getting the license plates - five stars!
