Ronnie Motors has a great variety and selection of cars, very reliable cars at an affordable price, Ronnie's goal and satisfies his clients and he always stands behind the cars he sells. I have a great experience dealing with Ronnie. Highly recommend Thanks Ronnie and Ady

Ronnie, of Ronnie Motors, was professional and easy to work with. While waiting for the adjuster to value my totaled Mustang, I searched Carmax, Carvana and Cargurus. Found my car at Ronnie's lot, (via Cargurus), a low mileage Nissan Sentra. Took Caltrain and Uber to Ronnie's, conveniently located near the Rod Diridon Caltrain stop. Drove the car to a car inspection nearby. Ronnie handled all the lender and DMV paperwork. I felt he was an ethical dealer and a pleasant person to work with. Ronnie Motors is HIGHLY recommended.

Engine compartment was super clean and all fluids were clean, at correct levels. This is a 10 year old car, yall!

Scene: friend with a 25 year old Volvo with 340k miles that was broken down more often than it was running. Nothing like having a panic attack every time you need to go to the grocery store ... will it start? Will it strand me in a parking lot miles from home? It was time for an upgrade and we were more than happy to help her out. After a couple of Craigslist grossouts we turned to cars.com and quickly found our target: a 2012 Prius V on the lot at Ronnie Motors. DH took care of the initial contact as we are in Danville and Ronnie's is in San Jose. You must call ahead if there is a car you are interested in because they have a tiny lot and a lot of inventory so it's a bit of a rubic's cube endeavor to get one shuffled to the front. He went down and checked out the car, keeping expectations low, and was very pleasantly surprised. The Carfax was provided, and the car was in great shape both mechanically and exterior, although the interior was a bit tired. Asking price was reasonable, and we appreciated the "no-haggle" policy. The car later passed inspection at our hybrid-specialist mechanic with flying colors and that's far more important than some worn-out floor carpet. Once our friend said "Yes to the Prius" we had paperwork wrapped up and the keys were in her hand in literally less than 15 minutes! I have never had a more pleasant experience at a used car dealership. I was so impressed with the owner's above board approach to business and if the need for another car arises down the line you can be sure this is the first place we will be calling. Thanks Ronnie Motors!

Eric showed outstanding customer service! He was very patient because we test-drove multiple SUVS and visited all Car Time Inc. locations in San Jose. After deciding on a vehicle, Mark from the financial department, went far and beyond to find the best bank to finance me. It wasn't a walk in the park but this guy made it happen. It took some patience but it was worth every minute. These guys made sure my needs were met. I knew what type of vehicle I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. They checked everything off my list and got the job done. I'm back on the road with a new vehicle for my family and me.

Public Auto Wholesale had the car listed for 1k less than what Carfax reports were telling me it was actually worth I had questions because my financing was pre-approved from my credit union and they didn't immediately recognize this dealership's name. My CU said that to approve financing, the dealership had to register the vehicle. Majio took my initial call (at a ridiculously early hour - and was immediately responsive) to respond to all questions I had about this and other questions about the car. It was EARLY too - but he was super pleasant. And yes, they absolutely can register your car. My sister was looking to donate her super-old and barely-running car and they took it for trade-in! From the moment I showed up at the lot, Bijan ad Majio treated me like family and I felt super comfortable. They asked me options (GAP insurance, etc), but only once for each option and were not at all pushy. My next driver will be needing a car in a couple years and PAW has completely earned my trust and future business. I was looking at (and researching) some of their other models while they were working on my paperwork and their prices were ridiculous across the board. This long-time independent San Jose establishment deserves to earn your business! Thank you Majio and Bijan!!! You guys are awesome!

1 out of 5 Stars Unethical Pricing and Misleading Tactics on Salvage/Rebuilt InventoryReview Body…read more I am writing this to warn any potential buyers to do thorough research before financing a vehicle here, specifically regarding their luxury inventory. I was looking at a 2023 Lexus IS 350 F Sport listed on their lot for $42,996 with roughly 25,000 miles. Which is about what I expected on a clean title for the year, make and model. Upon investigating the vehicle's history, I discovered that the airbags had previously deployed. Airbag deployment on a newer vehicle indicates severe structural or front-end impact, which permanently strips 30% to 40% of a vehicle's value, rendering it a salvage/rebuilt asset. Despite this, the dealership is attempting to sell this compromised vehicle at full, clean accident free retail market value. If a buyer finances this car at this price, they will instantly be underwater by $15,000+ with massive negative equity that no reputable bank will approve. When questioned about the vehicle's history, the sales staff used highly misleading phrasing, claiming the vehicle was "rebuilt by Toyota." This is an outright deceptive sales tactic. Automotive manufacturers do not buy back wrecked cars from insurance auctions to rebuild them. At best, it was repaired by a third-party shop using OEM parts, but the factory Lexus warranty is completely voided due to the salvage history.Worse yet, they actively try to run credit applications on overpriced salvage vehicles knowing that mainstream lenders auto-reject rebuilt titles, forcing buyers into high-interest predatory loans that mask the true cost of the vehicle through manipulated "monthly payments."Please protect your credit score, your wallet, and your physical safety. Do not buy a vehicle from this lot without checking the 17-digit VIN on Google to see the original insurance auction photos, and always verify clean-title market values on KBB or Edmunds before signing anything. I will be taking my business to an authorized franchised dealer that values transparency.
