I went shopping with my 92-year-old mother for a recliner, which are all located on the second level. The only way to reach the second level is by climbing up three long and steep ramps. My mom almost couldn't make this trip up and back with her walker. Just before we left, while we were back at the sales counter downstairs, my mom asked to use the restroom. She was told it was back on the second floor, which was impossible for her to do again. There should be an elevator, and I can't believe this current system is ADA compliant.
