Everyone was polite and professional, I loved my nails. It was $15 extra for the cat eye polish (so $30 extra including toes). I don't Tennessee specific prices for my mani pedi. Total was $120 and I gave a $20 tip, so $140. I'm from California and this is the most I've ever paid for a mani pedi. My nails started chipping at day 5. I went back on about day 10 and got them fixed. They repolished only the chipped nails (5/10 fingers) and the rest started chipping the next day. My gel polish normally lasts 3weeks at least and never chips. I won't be returning to this place.

This was my second visit, and I even called beforehand to verify that my appointment was confirmed. I was assured everything was set. When I arrived, I wasn't helped until 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The whole reason I made an appointment was so I wouldn't have to wait, especially since I had plans afterward. It was very frustrating and made me late. I'm also disappointed with the quality of my gel manicure. My nails have already started lifting and coming off, and they feel unusually thick and uneven underneath. I've never had gel nails feel like this before. Unfortunately, because of both the long wait and the poor quality of the manicure, I don't feel I received the service I expected.

I am getting them temporary for a wedding that I'm participating in an wedding. Immediately after telling her I would like regular polish she started frowning and talking in her language which I felt was very disrespectful. She had been silent the whole time and the minute I refused Gel nails she had a lot to say in her language. One lady did my nails and the other lady did my pedicure. I didn't receive the manicure i asked for and then she asked me how many coats of clear pink polish did I want. I've never been asked that before normally they just polish my nails with about 4 to 5 coats of polish in to top gloss coats which is clear polish. I don't know what she did to my cuticles and my pedicure she literally chopped my toenails up didn't scrub the bottom of my feet and was done in less than 20 minutes. I asked for the $35 service. I have NEVER complained or write a bad review in my 43 years. This place does not deserve our hard earn MONEY. Immediately after finishing my nails and toenail she asked me to move out the chair to another chair to a drying station. I was OK with it but I wasn't OK with moving with my purse & shoes with wet nails, I asked her if I could sit for a couple more minutes to give my nails some time to harden and she said PAY ME & went and LOCK the door, as if I would run out without paying. At this point I was so confused, embarrassed, and MAD. When I moved to the drying station my nails were still wet and ruined. When I asked her to come look she came with polish remover to fix them. At this point I'm ready to pay and leave. I asked her how much and she said $65. I said SIXTY FIVE for a 20 minute pedicure and 3 coats of clear pink polish. I was told the staff was very friendly and professional. Upon arriving two days ago, I was met with a bit of confusion as no one could fully give me pricing upfront, but quickly ushered me to sit in a chair. I was then given a book with pricing on nail services as I just wanted a basic manicure and pedicure without artificial nail addition. Since I was already seated decided on the pedicure as that was truly what I needed. Again, I was continuously offered up charges like the gel polish despite stating I just wanted a basic manicure due to the damage received from previous gel applications. The attendant was not happy at my adamant desire for the basic pedicure, and felt that she was very rough with my feet. I did explain to the lady who would've done my manicure that I just wanted upfront pricing and basic services at this point. Overall, the pedicure process was decent although I don't believe I received all the bullet points listed under the basic manicure like the massage. The polish color options were plentiful (see swatches), and believe it's the same polish that is used in a gel process. I was told that I'd have to sit for about 15 minutes due to the glitter in the polish I selected and not getting the gel instant dry. Had no problem sitting as it was the end of my day. My problem was that the attendant just left and I did hear her mentioning that she was going home to someone else. Waited for her to return and say something to me (I'm done , thank you, goodbye...something!) as well as receive the tip I had for her. That did not happen, and had to search for my shoes before I left as they were wedged in a corner behind a stool. Will continue to search for a local nail spot, or be more diligent in booking in advance for places like IWI Fresh. Sadly, I did notice imperfections after leaving, and also the next day. More so a spot for those inclined to the gel polish and other artificial enhancements as the other staff appeared to be more personable than my attendant.
