    I couldn't ask for better customer service. The waiting room is comfortable equipped with a t.v. and friendly staff.

    I requested that franky charge my ac as it was blowing cool to warm not cold. That he find a oil…read moreleak that was leaking onto my serpentine belt and my passenger seat was laying flat and the awitch wouldnt work to go up only down. He told me to drop it off abd he would take a look. Before i dropped it off i had to go work in shreveport i noticed on returning that the oil was low and added some when i did i lost the oil cap so then had to go help a friend jump her car off which is where i noticed i had forgot to put on the cap so i dropped the car off with the keys in the seat and sent him a message wxplaining what happened and that id bring a new cap by asap in the morning and i did 2 days later he calls me and tells me hes gonna have to charge me for the diagnostics(which the dealerships dont even do anymore) seeing as i already researched that the car holds 2 can total of freon and it was cool just not cold so waz prob just a half of can or a whole can low and i already knew it was 5he switch on the seat so the only diagnostic that was needed was where isbthe oil leak? So i tell him ok just call me before doing any repairs with the quote. 2 hrs later he callz says he put 3 cans 9f freon in and it was holding it good(amazing since the car only holds 2 and had some in it already) that he sat my seat up to upright positiin and disconected the switch and then that the oil leak was a crank shaft seal leaking and that my belt was swollen and would need to be replaced soon so he said $200 f9r the switch $250 f9r the seal And for charging the ac and diagnostics i owed him 280 bucks right then so i paid him his 280 even though all he really did was add 5 qts of oil look to see where oil was coming out and use a drill to raise the seat up to sitting position. I say thiz because whenbi go to pick up my car im back8ng out to leave ac 8s blowing Hot not cool not cold, HOT and the battery light comes on as well as powersteering light im like wtf when i dropped this car off it had no lights on on the dash now it has 2 and the ac iis worse than when i brought it in he couldnt possibly of put it freon at all in it a little ways down the road it dies compmetely i look no serpentine belt i call a ride and curious we ride all the way back to the shop and we see no shredded belt anywhere so he let me leave his shop without putting my serpentine belt back on. I go spend 70 on a new belt then after the belts replaced my ac goes back to doing the exact thing i dropped it off for and is blowing cool not cold. The only explanatiin 8s he did nothing to it. He charged me 280 bucks and all he did was add oil, tell me where it was leaking from. I then had to go buy a set of guages and a can of freon it took half. Worked amazinhgly after that. So fair price hell no. Good custimer service hell no. And quality? No for 300 he could of at least replaced the belt, but no he let me pull out without one entirely. And at the end of the day he lied to me outright about the freon. Thought bc i am a woman i wouldnt know anything. He was sadly mistaken. And i will never let him touch my vehicle again. I will never recommend this shop to anyone.

There was more wrong with my van after they worked on it than before I left it there. These guys are either seriously stupid or the biggest crooks in town.     Id like to share my terrible experience with National Automotive Service Center in nacogdoches on…read moreUniversity Drive. I urge others to be cautious and consider these actions before entrusting them with your property. Approximately two months ago, I entrusted my vehicle to the National Automotive Service Center for repairs for a sound coming from engine. I was quoted $2,743 and then gave the okay to go ahead with repairs. They were the only ones I called with availability. On 6/25/24, I observed my vehicle parked at Fuzzy's Taco Shop on North Street. I saw the mechanic I previously seen at the service center sitting at the bar, where he was drinking. Upon inspecting my vehicle I discovered vapes and opened vape packages that were not there previously and keys left inside. I confronted the mechanic, instructing him to return my vehicle to the shop, because I didn't authorize the shop to use my vehicle for these purposes. Video evidence of him stating he knew what he was doing and it was illegal. I then reported the incident to higher management (Justin) who initially claimed that the vehicle was being test-driven. I explained that this was not the case, as the vehicle was at the bar with the mechanic. Which by his facial expression, didn't seem like the first time he'd known of this. But first time he got caught by customer. The manager then admitted that he had permitted the mechanic to take my vehicle to his home for lunch. Video evidence of that. The manager advised me to return later to speak with the owner. Both the owner and manager repeatedly (on video) justified their actions by stating that it was common practice for employees to use customers vehicles to run personal errands and obtain lunch. They additionally cracked the coolant case in my vehicle and engine light is on - that was not broken or on beforehand. I did instruct them to not touch my vehicle anymore. I did not trust them and was going to speak with lawyer. (So my vehicle Is no longer under warranty with me doing so). National Automotive also added an additional $300 + fee for machine shop which I was not aware of. Stated they fired employee responsible for incident. At first they did not offer any compensation for my bill for their employees misconduct. Then today (6/28/24) upon speaking with Erin Bailey (Owner) she offered a $100 sfa student discount off my bill and that to them was a satisfactory resolution ... because if I didn't pay the $2,961 after 30 days they'd began process of owning my vehicle. I have been taken advantage of for their negligence and unprofessional behavior. All I have received was attitude from Manager and Owner while handling this. Owner stated she is more concerned with paying her employees then honorably making this right. An employee at Fuzzy's Taco Shop confirmed that the mechanic, Rick Goehry, has been seen on multiple occasions using customers vehicles to visit the bar while on duty. I paid $2,961 to National Automotive for their employee to be intoxicated while joy riding in my property (no telling how many times) while "out for a test drive." But apparently is justifiable because my car no longer makes a noise. Such poor handling from this shop and I urge everyone to not do business here.
