Before my surgery, the counter staff was INCREDIBLE at answering all my questions to make sure I was prepped. They were helpful in getting my financial arrangements set up. Every question I had, they were so kind, patient, and went out of their way to support me in my requests. I was even able to get my pre-surgery bloodwork/labs done in house. Surgery was scary, but the nurses were so kind and understanding. They were able to settle my nerves and it made going under so peaceful and easy. Surgery went beautifully. Dr C. made me so snatched I almost blew away in the wind. When I woke up my nurses helped my partner and I prep for caring to my wounds at home. During recovery, my partner called the office daily with questions and the staff again was SO helpful. They were incredible at helping me schedule lymphatic drainage massages, follow ups, and even procuring the shapewear I needed. They provided to-do lists and general dos/fonts for an easy recovery. The price of everything was very fair for the area and the scope of work. The results are beautiful, and the care of the staff took this over the top. Plastic surgery is no joke and not a casual affair, and I went back and forth for YEARS about whether or not to do it. I'm so glad I did it, and especially glad I did my research and picked a place with such empathetic staff.
