Most rooter companies are now concentrating on hydrojet, probably because it costs 3 times as much as traditional rooting, and, when they do have traditional rooting machines, they only offer 120 feet of snake. Our building is old and I'd be really worried that hydrojetting would cause unforseen issues so we stick to the old fashioned machines. Anyway, Blue Water came out, snaked the main and left. I ran the hose down the main line as I always do after a rooting and, boom, sewage backed up about 15 minutes later. Called them back to let them know. They returned promptly, snaked it again, and we were good to go! Giving these guys 5 stars as they're a stand up company and followed through.
