Very reliable service, called them up when my car broke down on the highway and they were there in 30 minutes. Would recommend 100%.

MISREPRESENTATION AND UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES…read more Purchased vehicle on 12/12/25. At the time of the sale, Dream Work did not disclose serious KNOWN mechanical issues involving the transfer case and related drivetrain components. They installed a used transfer case prior to sale and took the vehicle to Land Rover Charlotte because only a certified dealership could program the transfer case. Land Rover discussed with Dream Work that after adding transfer case fluid and attempting programming, a flagged error code remained, indicating that unresolved defects existed before they sold the vehicle to us. Dream Work WILL claim Land Rover test drove the vehicle and it was fine. However, that omits the fact that Land Rover documented that the error code remained after service and programming attempts. Dream Work asked them to clear the code and was provided a copy of the document outlining the issue( I have their original invoice from 11/21/25... three weeks before we purchased the vehicle). Dream Work negated to tell us this issue so that we could make an informed decision about the purchase. It is understood that vehicles may temporarily drive normally after fluid is added. The issue became apparent after the fluid emptied, exposing the underlying defect, which was a major safety concern. We spent over $3000 to add fluid to the transfer case and replace rear rotors that were at 1 centimeter. We're not mechanics and trusted their judgement. The transfer case will fail, costing upwards of $10,000. CARFAX REPORT-TRASH IT! Dealerships are not required to report repairs. Dream Work is quick to give each customer a Carfax report; even making them available online, with the knowledge that reporting repairs or the lack there of, does not have to be on the report. IT'S COMPLETE DECEPTION GUYS! I met with a manager(I will protect his name..for now), in person on 4/24/26 about the issue. On 4/25/26,I emailed him a PDF file outlining our concerns and requested a resolution. He emailed me back on 4/25/26 denying any wrongdoing and denied liability. Many of your complaints end here. Mine will not. I will be made whole again.

The store manager (Dwayne Johnson) is very professional and a competent sales manager. That being said, do not use this used car location unless you don't mind the following business practices: Preparation Fee: $1,250.00 Documentation Fee: $999.00 Security Fee: $799.00 (LoJack) The above fees are required. Non-negotiable. The vehicles seem to be very good quality, but my particular vehicle (2017, Mazda Miata, ND, Red). Very nice looking vehicle. Unfortunately, at highway speed, the car "shuttered" and tried to veer into the other lanes. Car has a modified muffler and AEM air filter. Possible exhaust leak. Smoky exhaust. Left oil residue in pipes. If this business practice is acceptable to you, by all means check them out. They do carry a high-end assortment of luxury brands. Dealership is very clean and bright. Hopefully, this will help out with future customer negotiations and eliminate any misconceptions or misunderstandings about any hidden fees. They will tell you that they are transparent. I agree, but I don't accept their business practices. I prefer more flexibility on an actual negotiated deal. It just did not work out. If you don't feel comfortable -- don't do the deal. People are all fine.

I actually did not think the service could get any better, but I was mistaken. This time when I came in for a basic oil change, the tech spotted a whole in a tube and leak in the timing cover. When the service representative, Sydney went above and beyond to reach out to Lexus to see if they could assist me because my warranty had just expired. She made sure to assure me that she could not promise me they would help me. Well, Lexus came back and authorized repairs that would have cost me several thousands. I am grateful for my Lexus experience as a long time customer and I am grateful for Sydney going above and beyond to even try to see if they would allow my car to be serviced under the warranty. Fairly disappointed with the service I received for my Lexus this past Saturday. Even with a…read morescheduled time slot, was told that it would be an astonishing 90 minutes for the oil change. It took over 2 hours. When I received the video from the mechanic showing his inspection of the vehicle, one normally expects the service advisor to come out within 15-20 minutes. Nope, over 30. His excuse? Too many customers kept him at his desk. Sorry, but clients already in the hopper need to be addressed first. Then it was $150 for an oil change.... And an additional $150 to replace the engine and cabin filters. Over $300. I know dealerships charge more, but this was gouging. Will not be back for any non-essential service. Most certainly would not buy my next vehicle there.

A few bucks for it wouldn't hurt. The car was located in Waxhaw and out of the 3-4 other junk car buyers, neither would pick up in Waxhaw. I called Pro Tow and Neil gave me a quote but let me know that its possibly someone closer who would give me more. I called the people he referred and was told I would have to wait until next month. Needed the car moved from my mother in laws home I called Neil back and informed him of what I had been told. He set up a date for pickup on Tuesday(the next day). Well in the process of a kitchen renovation I LOST the car keys. I called Neil back Tuesday to reschedule for Weds, giving myself more time to find the keys. After 24 hours of looking, I called Neil back to cancel. He said he would be at my mother in law home at 430 as scheduled and not to worry about the keys. **Thank You God!** Neil was there at 4:19(before I arrived), had already introduced himself to my mom and was in the process of loading the car. He was able to use his lock out kit so I could get some items out of the car. We had problems with loading the car bc of the steering wheel being locked and the wheels turned in one direction slightly. Throughout the hour ordeal, Neil remained patient and ensured me that he would be able to get it today. He had great conversations, told old stories which were pretty cool, and taught me a few things about loading and pulling a car with no keys. He gave me a fair price for the vehicle even without the keys which I was ready to say just take it. I would definitely recommend Pro Tow to anyone. And to add, he quoted more than anyone else and stuck by his quote.
