I went to pick up my order and it was a disaster. I ordered a 6-inch BLT and bacon, chicken, and ranch wrap. The BLT was basically an onion sandwich on very stale bread. There was one strip of bacon on the whole sandwich. The bread was crumbling from being so dried out. I said no tomatoes on the wrap and got 6 slices. The wrap was a mess. Instead of being 6 inches like normal, it was the length of the rolled-up tortilla. It had a huge amount of chunks of cold chicken. I wanted to be shredded chicken. I could not eat it properly because it was over-stuffed and literally falling everywhere. As soon as I got home and saw the food, I called the store and told them what was going on. The girl informed me that she did not make it and didn't know who did. I was instructed to call the next day and talk to a manager. I called management and the lady told me that she would have to see who was working. I was not even told, Oh, I am sorry or anything. I basically wasted about $20 and was not offered anything for the mess of the sandwich and wrap. I will never go to this location again. It sounds like everyone employed at this store needs some major training!

One of the workers was high out of her mind yelling about quitting to customers and giving what I assume is her manager the worst attitude and cursing at the woman. They also forgot all our sauces which is usually expected but they also forgot an order of fries. I'm never going back to this McDonalds worst experience ever.
