We used to go here , but after last night I will nvr come here again ! I ordered their shrimp cocktail to go ... it is wonderful . I grabbed the bag and noticed the container of shrimp was not cool. Took container out and felt a room temp container !! It had.been sitting out , instead of in a fridge until I picked it up . . I told the mgr Aracely Salas , that id like another serving . Her reply was incredible ..." do you know how much money it costs for me to do that ???" She continued to argue with me and literally raised her voice , that I wasn't here exactly 2o min after I placed the order ... " that's when . I told you it would be ready!!!!!!" I told her that raw shrimp should be chilled and not left out to sit at all . That it goes bad quickly . Still raising her voice at me she said She "would not give me a new container ", but hesitantly offered s refund after I told her I was horrified at what happened, and that she was treating a cuStomer so terribly !! I also told her I'd nvr go there again , and that I'd be calling the health Dept . She nodded her head and kept saying "good ". As I left, she chased me outside yelling !!! This is my favorite place. I have been coming here since I was a kid. Their enchiladas and chile rellenos are my go to items on the menu. Always great service. They also make great micheladas and margaritas. read more

Reyna's is our go-to Mexican restaurant when we don't want to drive to Selma. I really like the food here, and the waitstaff is good. I usually get cheese enchilladas or tamales, both are awesome. Rice is cooked through, which is hard to find! The only things I don't really like are the chips. They're thick and they taste overcooked, but everything else rocks. read more

I had the Camarones al Mojo de Ajo ( Mexican shrimp scampi) with beans, rice and flour tortillas. Beans were refried just right not dried out had some cheese over the top, not to much. The rice was good, moist and flavorful. The shrimp were butterflied and had the shell and tails on them easily peeled. They were good size, not one of them was over cooked and perfectly seasoned. There was a side of garlic oil with chunks of garlic and spices in it, simply delicious! I dipped the shrimp in it and couldn't get enough, really amped the flavor! The meal was delicious five stars! The reason they aren't getting a five star review is because a dish this delightful deserves homemade flour tortillas not store bought. The tortillas were ok, I just think a dish this good deserves a good side of tortillas. This place is the go to four Mexican food, prices are average $15.00 for this dish. Excellent food. Bar area is a little slow but serves decent drinks. The decrement of one star is due to them just not answering the phone sometimes. Whether they're too busy or closed they're both manageable problems. Overall a great place. read more

Great food, Slow service. I grew up in San Diego and have eaten very good Mexican food. I've also had the opportunity to live on the East Coast and I've had some really bad Mexican food. Reynas is very good. Unfortunately, the service is very, very slow. read more

Honestly, the past couple of visits here have been disappointing. I tried the taco salad the last visit and besides the hair found in it, it was very bland. No flavor to the meat. We had two hairs total in our meals (2 kids, 2 adults) and although they took a few dollars off, which is appreciated, I didn't like the excuse "We checked the kitchen and no one has that kind of hair". Um yes they do, brown wavy strand could be anyone's and we didn't say it was them specifically, just that it landed on my plate and it wasn't pleasing. The service has lagged the past few visits too. Not very attentive and not very warm. I've been in the restaurant business myself for over 20 years and I was disappointed these past few visits. We will not be returning anytime soon, but if you're up for descent atmosphere, check it out. read more

Way overpriced. Other mexican restaurants serve twice as much food for half the price. The servers are the worst. They don't even make an attemp to be friendly, just take your order, plop your food down and you never see them again. Used to come here when we were too tired to drive to Hanford, but now we have discovered La Iguana, and will go there from now on. read more

Consistent, clean, good food and good service. I really like the Chile verde, enchiladas are all good. You really can't go wrong with anything you order from the menu. If you go just before noon you won't have to deal with a big lunch rush. Dinner can get a bit crowded at times but to me that's always a sign of good food and good times to be had. read more

For the past year I've eaten at Reyna's and really enjoyed the rice tacos, which are on their meatless menu. Today, when I ordered them, the waitress says to me "are you a vegetarian? Did you know there is chicken broth in the rice". I was not only disgusted that I had been eating that on occasion for the past year but mad that they would have that listed on their MEATLESS MENU. I then asked to speak to a manager because I felt like their should be some kind of disclaimer on their meatless menu about the chicken broth. The manager then tells me "well, the menu doesn't claim to vegan." Is she stupid? I told her that chicken broth is still something vegetarians wouldn't eat. She then tried to tell me that she was a vegetarian and she eats the rice tacos. I don't know what kind of vegetarian she is but I know, as a vegetarian, I certainly don't think eating grease, boiled from a dead chicken carcass would make you a vegetarian. I just couldn't understand why she was arguing with me or actually trying to persuade my opinion. After I made her aware of that, all she could say was "umm, ummm, sorry." Yea me too lady....thanks for the leaving a nasty taste in my mouth....literally. I'll never return here again. There are other vegetarian options on their menu (so they say) but their lack of customer service is a huge reason why I'll never return. I called in my order from work. I said, I would be there in about 25 minutes. I walk in and nobody is around so I seat down on the bench. Of course I read the sign that they would seat you. I'm sitting there and more people come in. Right way the waitress comes out and ask how many people. I thought for sure she would come back to me and ask my name or to be seated. Nothing! More people came in and she did the same thing. Really! I stood then as more people came in. Finally after 20 minutes not being acknowledged. She says can I help you. I let her know that I came to pick up a order. She said, ok I will see IF it is ready. By this time I'm pissed. What was the use of calling it in if it's not going to be ready in the time given. I pay and left with my food after 35 minutes!!! To go orders is not their specialty. Now the food was not hot! After all that. I'm not going to waste my time going back. It's just okay and the prices are insane now and the service just sucks!! read more
