The young girl at the window didn't know how to take my payment by gift card so her manager rambled off how to do it but the girl still did get it right. I went through the drive through and ordered the impossible whopper vegan friendly style. While the inside looked normal, the outside was so caked in flour that I had to pull chunks of the bun off. As you can see in the picture, it was not pleasant and I was fairly disappointed and felt as if I was almost targeted because I was ordering the vegetarian burger. Why would anyone think it was okay to give someone this? The only reason I am giving two stars is because the vegetarian option was available but it is still cooked on the same grill as meat so it's not exactly vegetarian at the same time. This is the most disappointing and disgusting place to order food in Lemoore. I ordered cheeses stickers for my son and the gave me over cooked and old cheese sticks. I asked for two orders of the 8 piece nuggets (not spicy due to ulcers) and they game me old cold spicy nuggets. When I took my order back to get fixed all I got was attitude and the bag ripped from me by the manager Kyla. Instead of talking to me about this she went to the back and complained about it to her crew so loud that I was able to hear and record it. The Lemoore CA location needs either new ownership or new management. Not sure what happened but it seems every time I try to go through this drive thru there is a sign explaining why the wait it going to be long, mostly technical difficulties. This has happened several times over months. The worst part is the sign is placed on the speaker so once you read it there is a possibility you will be stuck in the drive thru. I don't typically complain but it's almost comical how often this happens. Domino's used to hold the title for worst management in town now I think this Burger King has taken the gold for worst. read more

We had ordered six burgers, four chicken sandwiches and two quarter pounders. When we headed home we were missing a quarter pounder, which happens, so we decided to call. Nancy had picked up and asked for our order, pulled it up and confirmed we had ordered six burgers in total. So she apologized and said if we were able to come and pick up another burger, which I had some errands to run so I said it would be in the next hour. I had showed up and she apologized once again and had my order made right then and there. She made sure it was done accordingly and when she handed me the bag, I was craving a milkshake so I was wondering if I could order again since it was slow. She had it done on the house and said apologized again for the missing burger. That's how managing and accounting is done, when an order goes wrong which happens, it's how it's handled afterwards that makes it right. This is by far the best service at a fast food restaurant we have ever had! My Wife and I came here for dinner one night last week. James, the cashier was very friendly and funny!
