From Start to finish...a top of the line unit that they recommended, followed by tearing out all the old ducts, and identified rooms that ran hotter than others. The result was complete custom ducts that resolved past problem areas in my home. I've never seen a team of professionals work so well together and they finished ahead of schedule. Best team on the Space Coast! After trying a handful of other A/C services in Brevard County trying to repair what appeared to be a simple fix... I was referred to Mr Reynolds by a friend who shared he was the best & local. I called and shared our issue. Within 24 hrs, their office called and said they were on the way! We had two guys on their team show up on time! They were VERY professional. Asked to be shown where the issue was - one of the vents running across the attic was leaking what we thought was condensation into our ceiling causing damage to the celing. These two guys climbed up into the attic, found the problem. Repaired it. The issue was NOT what had been reported by no less than 4 other companies! They Repaired it in under 40 min. Came down & shared precisely what the issue was. How it must have happened, explaining that it had been done during construction of our home - 15 yrs ago! Here's the over the top part - they charged us so little for the repair that I was actually embarassed as I had trusted others to do the job right. I can openly share that Mr Reynolds takes great pride in providing 1st in Class Customer Service to his customers. I would not use this company. The unvaccinated, unmasked tech showed up and when I asked him to mask up, he got snarky. He made comments about his "freedom" and made assumptions and rude remarks about my politics, of which he knew nothing. He yelled at me in my own home, trying to scare and intimidate me. What a Great Experience! Needed a new system to replace our old system. Lisa scheduled the visit for free estimate which was followed up by a text. Zach ( Owner ) arrived at scheduled time and gave options for us to consider. He also addressed a problem area in our home of poor air supply and made recommendation to correct. Proposal arrived the next day and after brief discussion we picked best option for our needs. Few days later, Lisa called to schedule installation for the next day. Jacob & Ryan arrive early next day for install and what a great job they did, paying great attention to detail for a clean installation. We have been having issues with our a/c and have been tickling it along as they are so expensive to replace. On 1st November this year we had an appointment for Reynolds Air and Heat to come out and look at it again because it wasn't cooling anymore. Once again Jacob arrived with Jose and they got us up and running after re gassing the unit with Freon. We were so thankful to have the cool air again but we weren't sure how long it was going to last. We were sat discussing our options when we got a phone call from the business owner Zack. The first thing he said was "happy thanksgiving, it's your lucky day!". This took me aback and then Zack went on to tell me that they had an a/c unit that would be perfect for our little cottage and he was going to have his installers come and install it all free of charge.......including the unit. At this point I had to put my husband on the phone because I thought I'd heard wrong. But I hadn't.........he went on to tell my husband the exact same thing and that the technicians would be coming within the next day or two to fit the new unit. Zack was true to his word and Jacob arrived the very next afternoon and installed the a/c and they didn't charge us a penny for any of it. We are still in shock at this random act of kindness. Every person who we have come into contact with at Reynolds air and heat has been great and it's so refreshing to deal with a company who has so much integrity. They also have professionalism in spades. Lisa in the office treats you like an old friend. So for anyone looking for an a/c company you won't regret it if you call Reynolds. Great communication all the way! Punctual, steady workers (they work great as a team & separate), & they clean up COMPLETELY afterwards. I had to get used to them not taking any breaks (the only break they took was their lunch). Lisa, the receptionist, is most helpful & she got things done if you had any questions. It only took them one & a half days to replace our duct system & a new air conditioner with the accessories. To top it off, when the city home inspector came out, he was impressed & finished the inspection quickly (because everything was in its place & Zack & the workers paid attention to detail & was exact). He asked me afterwards "Who did you get?", I told him & he didn't look surprised. He said they did excellent work & I had a good contractor. Note: They do not do duct work during the summer. Last note: We are not related to them in any way--this is just what our experience was. read more
