I felt so good about purchasing a Suzuki-S1000GT+ that I went back to Reynolds Motorsports for a second, smaller displacement motorcycle to ride on back roads local to home and to run errands in near by heavy tourist traffic areas. I purchased a CFMoto 300NK that was on sale. Good price, great little bike, perfect for my application, and same easy purchase from the same nice people. This time, I also had some non warranty related work done by the service department. Quick, fair price, quality work. Very straight forward business. I've been to them twice now, once looking for parts and the second time looking to get an inspection sticker. The first time the guy wouldnt look up the parts and instead told me to go the ACE hardware down the road. I just needed a couple bolts for the seat. The entire time I talked to him he complained about the management and his co workers. The second time I came in looking to get an inspection sticker. The bike had a blown fork seal, fair enough im not going to complain about that. But to say "If your here for an inspection don't even Fing bother" is ridiculous. I'm a local to the area and I will be going to Phoenix Cycles from now on. I will never again walk in this disgusting store. read more

This is a very shady and dishonest business. I will never go back and would not recommend them as a fair place to do business. I made a deal yesterday for a used Polaris Ranger and I asked my sales person Chris some questions about the extra features before going to pick it up today. As they investigated, they figured out the side by side was a higher model than they thought and instantly raised their advertised price from $15,000 to $16,999 after I had a deal to buy it at $14,500. They said they didn't know it was a premium model and it's worth more so we can't sell it to you for what we agreed to. What a terrible way to conduct business. Appalling. read more

I brought my 2015 Zx-6r for tires and for them to find out why the bike was shutting off. They put the tires on and said it was a low charge on the battery. When I picked it up they said it was good to go... they didn't sand off the gloss on the new tires so the first turn I took at 15mph the bike lost traction and kicked out from under me. I've been riding for about 8 years and this was the first time I have ever dumped a bike. Thank God I have sliders. Drove the bike to the house after the skid and the bike died from lack of power from the battery. I will never be back, if you get tires done, make sure they sand off the gloss!!! read more

Definitely crooks! They never have anything in stock as far as parts, they always need to be ordered. They look like they would have a lot in stock since the show room is so large, but it's just a facade. I brought my Suzuki ltz400 ATV there to have a spark plug installed and to have a bolt installed in the swing arm. I supplied both the spark plug and the bolt for these. They charged me $218 saying the spark plug cost $100.80 to put in and the swing arm bolt was the rest. So the gas tank was never removed,it had the original zip ties, which according to the Suzuki manual and a whole lot of blogs means they couldn't have replaced the spark plug. I called Reynolds today to get some sort of refund for their faulty work and the "service manager" started going on how there could have been a mistake and he would talk with the technician. He put the technician on the phone with me and he continued to explained how they could do it without taking off the gas tank. At that moment I took the time to ask him how long it took, he said 10-15 min. So I realized even tho everywhere I looked online and in my service manual said you had to take the gas tank off, I couldn't disagree with this technicians technique, but why $100 for a 10-15 min job??? So I talked to the "service manager" and he said well that does seem high for just a spark plug. He looked up what "Suzuki suggests for prices" and said it was 6/10 of an hour, 36 minutes, ($50.4) So even tho it only takes them 10-15 min. ($14-$21) at $84 an hour they charge you a standard predesignated amount... Why even advertise $84 an hour? Why not advertise by each service offered? After the refund was figured out the "service manager" continued to go on about how he would like to change my perspective of their company. I said that I'm not interested in going somewhere that rips me off in several ways and offers horrible service!! He continued to argue with me which I thought wasn't helping his cause :) haha On top of that, when we spoke with the technician on the day our ATV was being worked on he told us the swing arm bolt slipped right in. If it slipped right in how come we were charged for an hour an twenty minutes????? None of it makes sense... Needless to say this place has bad service, is overpriced, and rips you off as well!! I know it's not quite as close but I highly recommend Alpha Sport in Limerick. They have an extremely large selection of parts. Not as much for clothes and boots unless you're looking for snowmobiles. Anyway they have better prices too :) I certainly will never go back to Reynolds Motorsports. read more

I traded in my Harley for a ATV. My son also bought an atv but I had to cosign with him. Did all the financial bs and I was ready to go. My sons atv was different as it turned out that instead of cosigning with my son he was the cosigner but we'd been there all day so sign and get out. Took atv's home, a week later I get a call saying the finance company wouldn't do the financing for my atv that I'd need to pay 1500$ or finance it somewhere else. on top of that they never check to see what was owed on the Harley, so it turned out I the needed to pay 2000$ up front. Another week goes by and I'm getting nowhere so I went ahead and paid the 2000$. Done deal good to go, WRONG. I have no bill of sale from either atv . I have asked about bill of sale and was told I'd get all that from finance company, which I never got. Still after dozens of calls, 3 or 4 trips from Portland to Reynolds I have no bill of sale and can't get my atv's registered, unless I want to pay sales tax again. The only thing I received in both packets was a pit pass, which I'll never use as I'll never do business with Reynolds again. Almost forgot about new tires. The tires on my atv were changed out with more aggressive tires, I told them if I'm paying for new tires I want the stock tires. That was fine but they had to order them as they had used the tires on another atv. After a while asking about the tires, I find out they had the tires in the back in stock but I'm assuming they didn't want to give them to me as they kept stalling telling me they hadn't come in yet. I did finally get the tires and that was another trip from Portland to Reynolds. read more

I needed a new rear tire on my Yamaha Vstar 1300. I was traveling state to state and really didn't have time to burn. But a slick rear tire isn't anything to be trifled with on a motorcycle. I called them, and they said they could help me out. When I showed up, they took my bike right in. Because I was traveling, they bumped my bike to the head of the line of other work they had going on in order to get me back on the road. I tried to bring my quad here several times and they always told me to come back and they would let me know ahead of time. Never took it. They did took my ATV carburetor and claimed they "rebuilt it" and it failed the next day. Took it elsewhere, and turns out they never rebuilt it at all and I was charged $127.00 for cleaning. Such a bad place to go! Customer service is terrible as well. The parts section is okay, just never anything ready for in store purchase. read more

Brought my R6 in to have frame sliders put in which required boring holes in the upper and lower fairings on one side, figured I better have the 'pros' do it. Went to pick my bike up a week later with a gigantic oblong hole where they drilled the wrong spot and just bored the crap out of it to fit. Literally so big I could fit my entire fist in next to the slider. Got told 'looks great huh?' assuming they thought I wouldn't know any better being a female. The tech argued with me that it's supposed to look like that, my bike wasn't even a month old at that point and I ended up in tears. It was only after I called my father (larger and more terrifying than me) to come by and rip into them that they agreed to replace the $700 worth of fairings. Looked like it was supposed to in the first place the second time around. Great integrity.. read more

Dishonest. Sold me a used sled they claimed was a personal friends with high mileage. I should have known better when they said the mileage was not high (12k+) that there were some deception tactics here. Fast forward 1 season. No use on the sled and I go back to Reynolds to see if they will repurchase it from me as I am expecting to move to a warmer climate. They offer less than half of what I paid last year. Now, mileage affects the price of the sled. If only the interactions with them ended here. I cave somewhat and say I will accept their buyback price only to be told they are no longer buying back sleds. (A sales freeze due to too much inventory they say.) However, I am told they could give me more $ for my sled on a trade in for something else. I pick out an ATV and when they give me a price they offer me less for my sled than previously quoted. Lies at every turn. My mistake was buying from Reynolds and wanting to believe they were somewhat decent/honest. Don't make my mistake yours. Stay away from this place and purchase your motor sports elsewhere. read more

I stopped in to buy a part for a motorcycle that I purchased at Reynolds 10 years ago. I walked up to the parts counter, staffed by 4 or 5 apathetic, unfriendly 20-something people, only to be glanced at blankly when I approached the counter and ignored for 2 to 3 minutes as they chatted amongst themselves. There were no other customers there; just me. After I was finally waited on I tried to make some small talk to be friendly and was again regarded with the vacant, uninterested stares that seem to be a fixture on the face of far to many millennials these days. After completing a checkout that took much longer than it should have, I walked away with the sense that I was more a nuisance or irritation to the staff than a paying customer. I spent $15,000.00 on a motorcycle at Reynolds with a maintenance plan 10 years ago. The mechanics there could not even change the oil correctly. They overfilled the oil reservoir on my first oil change and I had oil blowing out of the engine within 2 miles after I left the shop. When I returned they told me that I had put in too much oil and I had to inform them that I had just picked up the bike 10 minutes prior to returning it and that they were the ones who had put in too much oil. I chalked up the money spent on the maintenance plan as a relatively expensive lesson and started doing my maintenance at Street Cycles in Falmouth, ME. I guess that the disappointment of my bad experience 10 years ago had worn off. My recent disappointment in Reynolds will stick with me a lot longer this time. If Duane at Street Cycles had the part that I needed in stock, I would never have set foot in Reynolds ever again. But sometimes it's a good thing to get a reminder of how bad service can be at some shops (Reynolds) and how good it can be at others (Street Cycles). Next time I'll order the parts from Duane and wait patiently for them to come in. At least I know that I'll get friendly service at Street Cycles. That's enough to keep me coming back. read more

CROOKS. Go anywhere else. I bought a scooter there, and I had it for two days, and less than twenty miles, the scooter was not running right, so I brought it to them. They said "Eric said" it needed a tune up, but it wasn't covered under the limited warranty. REALLY? How limited is it, less than two days and twenty miles. They said"Eric said" a tune up would cost me $75, he then called me two days later and said it was going to be $300 for the tune up. Either Eric is a crook or the whole business is are crooks, because that is absurd. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THERE. read more
