I give them 2 stars only because they got my computer working. I took my laptop to them because of damage done to the charger's port. They repaired the connection, but then told me I had a problem with my charger, so they sold me a new one. One year later, I had to have the port repaired again because the connection broke. I found out the charger sold to me by Reytech was already defective, evidenced by the warped casing. This defect caused my connection to blow again, due to overheating. Poor workmanship and dishonest sales techniques. Never going there again. read more

Brought my computer in for repair and was told it would take about a week before I get it back...Two months later and a half dozen promises later. Nice enough guys, but very incompetent. I called several times to find out when the computer would be repaired and did not get a call back. One time I called and they could not find the computer. I ended up having to go in and show them which one it was. So if you want to receive slow, unresponsive and incompetent service..I would highly recommend Reyrech. Good luck! read more

My daughter brought her laptop to Reytech Computer Repair a little over year ago and the owner was able to fix it very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I just recently took my laptop to him and he took almost an hour of his time trying to explain (to someone who knows nothing about what is inside a laptop) what was wrong with my computer. He made sure I understood what was wrong and how he could fix it. He also agreed to fix it at a VERY reasonable price. If I had taken it to where I bought it (BB), it would have been more and I would have been without my laptop for months. Their customer service is the best I've seen. The owner is very good at what he does and is very honest and fair. This was especially great for me because I'm fairly new to Austin. Don't waste your money going anywhere else. got my android fixed here, i dropped it and the screen went black. they were really fast, friendly, and reasonably priced.

This place is the worst first I dropped my computer off for a diagnostic my computer looked brand new hardly any scratches. A couple days go by and I never recive a call about it so I called Carlos said oh yes I forgot to call you then tells me what's wrong and I said yes go ahead fix it. Carlos says ok it will be ready by Saturday. So then Saturday comes and he never calls so I called he says it's not ready it will be ready Monday then comes Monday no call so I call a girl answers has no info on my computer completely lost leaves me on hold for five min comes back and says Iam sorry it's still not ready so this went on for a month and a week. And if I called from my phone they wouldn't answer but if I used another they would. So then finally the day comes that it's ready I go to pick it up and the first thing I notice is how horrible my desktop looked it had all these scratches it looked old and beat up WHEN I BROUGHT IN IN BRAND NEW! I was furious I spoke my mind and let CARLOS now how upset I was and I I wasn't trying to be rude but how can you damage someone's 1,000 dollar computer like that! Not only did CARLOS damage my computer he lost my keyboard and offered to buy another and stated he would ship it to my house by Friday I should f known that was a lie. 2 weeks have passed and I keep trying to call from my phone left messages they won't answer called from my husbands phone today he answred said I have to go pick it up because they don't ship I told him how he was full of bull shit! I would love to speak to the owner of this establishment because this guy is going to ruin his business! Please guys don't waste your time here! read more

I've gone to Reytech 3 times now. I have 2 businesses an no sense of how to work myself out of a computer problem. Consequently, when the computer is malfunctioning, it used to be a very bad day no good day with no solutions. Now,...no panic- just take it to Reytech and all will be better-no panic necessary. To start with I dropped my computer off with Miquel 5 weeks ago. I am a business man and travel most of the time I don't live in Austin and was told that it would be fixed I five days. I told him I would be back in a month or so. I go in yesterday to pick my laptop up and much to my dismay Carlos (some boy behind the counter) said it was in a storeroom away from there. I asked him if it was fixed and he said he didn't know and that it would be here in the morning. So I went to pick it up this morning and was told that it wasn't fixed and when in asked why some little kid ( I think it was Miquels son) started screaming at me telling me to get out. I asked Carlos to call Miquel to let me know what had happened. Instead of calling Miquel they called the police to have me removed. I left right away before the police arrived. That is the worst I have ever been treated at a business and I was just trying to find out why my computer wasn't repaired as agreed. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I am not quite sure where Miquel was but those boys running his business are going to destroy his business. Wow what a joke! read more

junk laptop sold that did not boot up to the software....repaired twice, told to pick up next day and shop did not have the computer. My return resulted in a story that updates are required every Wednesday by MS yet the failure to even boot-up to MS was not addressed. I will take to small claims court if no refund. Totally dissatisfied with bad service, disinformation and sale of items that don't work. read more
