    They only work with dell products and are a 3rd party affiliate but they absolutely worth the money. It cost me $292.17 total to get the laptop repaired and install a new OS with a new battery and a new hard drive but they also managed to save my information completely by backing up my data and cloning the hard drive. They did a great job with everything. it took almost 2 weeks to do it because of the line. the service I paid for the time it takes to do the job completely and successfully was worth the wait. The people at Parts people are true professionals. Also, what helps them do the job faster itis to provide the passwords when necessary. The laptop works beautifully.

    Just moved here from California and had a hard time finding someone to fix my pc...found out it was a fake Dell so they couldn't fix it but gave me a good lead nearby and GAVE me the parts I needed. Now that's service!

    I order a small part on 1-31-2022... (see picture) paid $3.95 + $5 shipping...as of today 1-9-2022 usps still shows awaiting item... really?? Coming from Texas ? Will not ever order from them again....

    We have been using Parts-People for several years any time our Dell computers get sick. That does not happen often but it does happen. These guys are inexpensive, good at what they do and have a quick turn around. I noticed today you get a 10% discount on repairs when you "check-in". Parts-People carries Dell computers and an array of accessories. I am fascinated with the adorable mice at the counter: race cars and a bright green turtle. As we were leaving, my son said, "He can't work the cash register that well but he is bad ass with repairs...."

    Doubling as a selfie & business hours. So efficient am I!

Nerds in a Flash arrived late on a day that I was tightly scheduled and asked for considerably more than they had originally estimated (exactly the same job/problem I had described to them)... but redeemed themselves by cheerfully solving my problem and agreeing to the original estimate. Would I hire them again? You bet, but I recommend that you have them come in on a day that you have a flexible schedule, because your own time pressures are demonstrably unimportant to them.

I called on Monday and let Michelle know that though my computer wouldn't start, I understood that the hard drive was still good and I needed to transfer the data to the new one. She was very nice and set me up with an appointment for Thursday with a 1 hour arrival window. As a business owner, I understand that because some problems take longer than expected, scheduling service calls isn't an exact science. The most important thing is communication. James ended up running a little late but he handled it perfectly. He called me with 10 minutes left in the window to apologize and let me know he would be a few minutes late, which he was (3 minutes). In my experience, if someone is 3 minutes late they consider that on time and they certainly wouldn't call and give a heads up. As far as the service call goes, not only did he get my new computer set up, he figured out what was wrong with the old one and got it running again. Ending up with 2 working computers never entered my mind as an option. James made sure that he took care of everything I needed and helped me with a few things I didn't know that I needed. It's been a while since I've had a set IT resource so it was very helpful to talk with James about the other services he could help me with in the future. I will definitely call Nerds and James the next time I need IT help.
