Brought in my fully functional phone with a cracked screen. What I got back was an intact, yet totally nonfunctional phone. When I brought it back and asked him to fix what he broke, he berated me, told me to leave his shop, and told me to "send my husband" in to deal with him. NEVER AGAIN! SCAM! I had brought my phone in on Sunday with a shattered screen. They were able to fix it with what appeared to be in tact and I was told I had a 90 day warranty. Great right? Well.. fast forward THE NEXT DAY I'm literally just sending a text on my phone and the entire right side starts cracking. Clearly, the screen they had put on was faulty because I had not even had my phone for more than 24 hours and without any sort of physical harm it cracked. I went in to speak to the technician and he tells me he can fix it for another additional cost, accuses me of dropping it after explaining what happened and I believe the screen was faulty and continues to insist that I must have dropped my phone. It's a real shame that I even have to write a review such as this because I try to give to small businesses, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I was insulted, promised something that they would not provide and more than anything felt as though the entire operation is a scam to get more money from customers. Its like they do a half ass job so you have to come back and pay more. You think you're getting a deal and then the product they use is garbage. My attempt to give to a small business opposed to going to an Apple Store was a fail. At least Apple stands behind their product and you don't have to worry about being scammed. I'm assuming I'll recieve a reply from the businesss owner and that is fine. If this review in any way can help others not get scammed then I hope it helps improve the way you guys run your business. Went on a Friday afternoon w/my smart phone. The front of the phone is lifting, but the phone works. Store person barely looked @ me, snapped off the back, & told me that I needed a new battery because the battery (area) was bulging. Said that the store doesn't carry that battery. Left me standing @ the counter w/the back "broken" off my phone. He returned to his desk w/out comment. Zero customer service. read more

Incredible and quick service. My iphone just would not hold a charge, and I was very stressed because I was unable to do anything. I researched a couple of places to get a battery replacement. The price was way too much. I decided to check this place out on a Saturday. I literally got my battery replacement in minutes. It has been working great now. If I ever have a problem with my phone I definitely will make the trip here again. read more

Fast, friendly, inexpensive. If I need my phone repaired again, I won't even look somewhere else.

This guy doesn't know what he is doing. He originally told me it was the battery or the LCD screen. Then later he says now it's the motherboard and there was no way to replace this. When I came home and took it to another store in California they were able to diagnose the problem within 3 minutes and fix the issue the same day. At Get Phone Fixed they couldn't even figure out what exactly was wrong or how to fix it. The guy still made me pay for doing nothing at all. Bad service to take two days and not create any solution. These guys aren't good enough at what they do to charge people for their time when they can't solve the issue. My phone is now working like new after taking it to different store. read more

This merchant sold my wife bad phone battery that did not work for 20.00 bucks! Told her he would call her back, when new was in the store to do the trade in. Needless to say, he never called her. She drove 2 times to his store, it was closed. Finally I felt that he was giving her a run around. I went there myself, and as I predicted he refused to give our money back. Word of advice never shop there, and if you do, use credit than you can just get your money from credit card company. read more
