Last big snowstorm we had they were down one truck, but instead of just delivering what they could and going home for dinner, they stayed out all night. Someone came by at 10:00pm with 10 gallons of gas in a can to make sure I was okay, and then filled the tank around 3:00am. I don't think any other company I've used would have done that.

I called my regular oil company and they said they could not come to my house until the following week.I called several other oil companies and got the same response. I finally got in touch with Best Oil. The woman that answered the phone was really nice, and understanding. Hearing in my voice that I was under the weather. She listened to my concerns and was the first person to offer to see what they could do for me. She put me on a brief hold and when she got back on the phone, she said she could have a truck out to me the following day!! I was so relieved. What was even better is the price per gallon was substantially less than my regular oil company (Price-Rite Oil...clearly not). There was one caveat, as a new customer of Best Oil, she said someone had to come in and look at the tank first. I told her that I was sick with the flu and didn't want to get anyone sick, plus, being sick, I really didn't want to be bothered with visitors and my dogs barking. She assured me that her driver is super friendly and it's just a quick inspection. And she was right. The driver showed up the next day as scheduled. He was very polite, professional and respectful. I showed him to the oil tank. He gave it a quick inspection and then was on his way. Needless to say, this is my new oil company moving forward. When every other oil company said no, Best Oil said yes. And gave me one less thing to worry about. Above all else, it really nice to deal with a company that displays professionalism and great customer service. Seems so hard to come by these days. Oh, one more thing. Every time PriteRite oil delivered oil to me, my house would smell like burnt diesel. With Best Oil, there was zero smell/fumes! Yet another reason why Best Oil was able to earn my trust and loyalty.
