In case you're not aware, Deep Sentinel will either sell you their wireless security cameras, their POE wired cameras, or may be able to use your existing camera system to monitor your property 24/7 with "Live Guards!" So, I contacted Deep Sentinel who have excellent customer service by the way, and asked them if they could work with my existing Reolink camera system. Since they have never tried Reolink cameras, they told me that they'd try to see if Reolink was compatible with their Deep Sentinel Hub & technology, but they could not guarantee that it would work. They then recommended that I work with their premier vendor named Avati Audio Visual. I originally contacted Drew who was very helpful and from then on I dealt with Dick Hall who turned out to be Amazing! Since I was Deep Sentinel's first customer to try working with Reolink cameras, Dick had his work cut out for him. It took months of installations, troubleshooting, out of the box problem solving, numerous talks with both Deep Sentinel techs, as well as Reolink techs, just to get all of my cameras working. That's what happens when you're the guinea pig for a camera that's never been tried before. Anyway, after months of Dick's determination and him not giving up on me, he finally got my Reolink camera's to successfully work with the Deep Sentinel system! He is definitely an asset to Avati Audio Visual, Deep Sentinel, and the tech / installation industry as a whole. He needs to be commended for all that he does and given a raise! If you need any type of TV, Audio, tech, speaker, security system or camera systems installed, look no further!

Positives: when he actually did show up, he performed the installation thoroughly and made manual adjustments to all our exterior cameras until we had the desired field of view on each one. He also did a professional job neatly tacking all the camera cabling to the house. Camera system works very well, and he's a pleasant young guy - BUT... Negatives: 1. He no-showed us on the first appt.and it took multiple calls/emails/txts to reach him for a resked date. When he finally returned our call, he said the equipment hadn't arrived yet, but, apparently, didn't feel it was necessary to let us know that we didn't need to wait for him all morning. 2. One of the reasons we picked the system we did was because it came with a smartphone monitoring app that allows the homeowner to see what the cameras are seeing from any remote location with internet connectivity. While we can see what the cameras see when we're IN the house using the app, it does not connect to the DVR anywhere beyond wi-fi range of our house. I called him on FOUR times over the subsequent 6 weeks about this issue, and not only did he NOT return our calls, he did not offer a fix of any kind. The app, as it is, is completely useless to us. 3. Part of the deterrent value of any security system is the signage that lets people know that such a system is in use. He forgot the signs on the install date, and despite multiple attempts to request that he send them to us (as he'd promised to do before he left), he never returned our calls and we've never received any signs. 4. He billed our c/c before the work was completed. Bottom line: We did NOT get what we paid for. Drew is a competent, if unprofessional, technician that, as some other reviewers have commented, is spread too thin to do his work AND run a business. While I would certainly recommend the Alibi camera system to anyone, I would NOT and will not recommend General Pro Security to anyone.

I was particularly impressed by his technical knowledge and attention to detail. He used high-quality Cat 6A pure-copper cabling, which gives us ample capacity for future camera upgrades without having to replace the wiring. He and his partner worked efficiently together and were professional and communicative throughout the entire installation. In the initial walk-through, Mr. Singh suggested adding one more camera to get proper coverage, which I ordered directly. Both Mr. Singh and his partner were careful while working inside and removed their street shoes before coming in, which we really appreciated. He also went beyond the basic installation by setting up some useful custom features. For example, he configured a camera feed in one of our bedrooms so we can quickly see who is outside or at the front door without getting out of bed. They were very respectful of our home (wearing shoe covers, cleaning up after they came in) and went above and beyond to make the low voltage wiring work properly.
