As this was my first time, I was pretty stressed out especially because people kept coming up me during the accident to advertise their shop. Obviously this raised some trust issues. And then I remembered Rhinelander Auto Body. We had a family car's rear bumper painted before and remembered how quality the work is. Called an hour after the accident and Miguel, one of the managers, told me to come in. Stayed past closing time to help me out. Was told not to worry and that everything would be taken care of. And it was ! 1 week later, (yes, only took 9 days!) my car was back to normal. As an owner of a BMW, I'm very skeptical taking my car to body shops and mechanics due to it being a European car. However I had nothing to worry about. The owner, Pat, greeted me on the day of pickup and was so confident in his teams work that he said to come back if there's ever an issue with his work, guaranteed. As you can see from my pictures, it's almost as if the accident didn't happen! Will be coming here more often. Can't go wrong with Rhinelander. They've been around for almost 80+ years and owner Patrick's rule for the last 35 ( I checked ! ) Highly recommended and if you're going anywhere else you're not treating your car right.

Lovely staff at the shop...I did a quick walk-around inspection of the car with a staff member when I first dropped off the car on 12/19/22. A few days later, I had access (via Geico) to the shop's estimate and photos. The estimate was very fair...they used whatever they could reuse (i.e. undamaged headlight) as they are supposed to. The initial Geico estimate said "12" days and gave car pickup date of 12/31/22. I thought that date was a bit aggressive when I first saw it. I called them on about 12/29 and they said that they were still waiting for parts and they expect the last part to arrive on 1/3/23. I was also told that they think the car would be ready by the following Friday (1/13/23). I was called on 1/12/23 and was told that the car was ready for pickup. I picked it up the following day and was very pleased with the work done. Hard to tell any accident occured except for the newer appearing headlight and foglight on the repaired side. (The old reused parts were a bit cloudier) The paint job was good with minimal-no signs of work done. Overall I was very happy with the staff and work done. It was unfortunate that it took 2 weeks for the parts to get there for an "Express" shop...but I understand that is the nature of the business.
