Out here in the North Hills, we've been stuck with chain options -- so when Three Brothers Bagels came to Shaler, it really helped fill a void. It was so good that I'd love to see it become a menu staple rather than just a special. As for the bagels themselves, the selection strikes a nice balance of savory and sweet, and the spreads and fillings follow suit. One of my favorite things about The Grind is that they have a confession box in the restroom.
