They ALL died within a few months 2) I was told the drip system they installed could be adjusted for each plant to get more or less water. Not true 3) I explained the dirt they were planting in was old and depleted. I was told the dirt didn't matter. They did not treat the dirt or even fertilize what they planted. 4) the drip system they put in had a control that it has a 300 page online manual. Even their installer didn't know how to set it up and was unable to explain it to me. YET he told me it needed to be updated every 6 months when we changed the batteries. Of course we were not told about this requirement until instalation was completed. As I said earlier we are elderly! I asked for a simpler timer and they said there was no option. 5) they are NOT woman owned and operated. Yes, the scamming husband put the company in his wife's name for tax purposes but she CLEARLY knows nothing about plants or landscaping. When I had them come out to see the dead plants she never spoke. Her husband and Anthony did all the arguing and yelling and put all the blame on us. I have never experienced such lack of professionalism in any service industry. All I asked for, and still feel we are entitled to, is a refund. The dead plants have been removed, the inadequate drip system has been removed, and we are starting over. I was duped by a morally bankrupt company. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews on their web page! They have no place to leave a review on their web page and they aren't here so where did those reviews come from?? THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Our house sits on a corner lot with substantially large front and rear lawns. There were bald spots all over the place and half the front lawn was dying or dead. I had another irrigation company come out and tell me that I needed a whole new sprinkler system: Main line from the street to the house because the pressure was low; all brand new pipes across the yard because the older pipes had clogged with rust; new valves for all 12 stations because they too were clogged with rust; all new sprinkler heads because they were the wrong ones in the first place. They promised to fix of my sprinkler problem for the low, low price of $11,000. Then I called Dr. Sprinkler. They sent Joseph out to assess the situation, make his recommendations, and he himself would be there to do the work. Together we walked the entire front and rear yards checking each station. Joseph determined the following: 1. There was plenty of pressure from the street to the house. 125 psi was plenty to handle the load; 2. None of the valves needed replacing. Each one flowed strong with plenty of water pressure; 3. None of the pipes needed replacing. Joseph simply removed the sprinkler heads, turned on each valve and cleaned the lines of dirt and pebbles that were restricting the flow of water; 4. He replaced about 12 sprinkler heads that were no longer working properly. He installed new sprinkler heads that provided enough coverage to hit all of the bald spots on the lawn that were not getting water; 5. He added on additional sprinkler to provide better coverage; 6. He capped a sprinkler that was not needed; 7. He reset our automatic timer to increase the amount of watering and add one day to the cycle. The result? The lawn was unbelievably transformed to a lush, green carpet within two weeks. And the cost? $775.00 Need I say more?

His attention to detail in recommending ideal drain setups in the sections where water had pooled in the past are exactly why we went Joel - we want to do things right the first time. The rest of the project was completed with professionalism and Joel was great in communicating and working with our needs. Our one constructive feedback is that we did not receive a mock-up of the project before work was underway. For years, our outside drains were clogged, and I found myself setting up pumps during the storms to get the pools of water away from our home. Every year, I would tell myself that I would get the drains cleared. Before the rains came this past winter, I hired a company to hydro jet the pipes. They tried to clear the drains, but because they were so clogged, their equipment failed. Again, I was setting up the pumps during the rain storm. So, I researched and found Joel and Sons.
