Our grout is cracking at all the seams, the tiles are cracking, and the floor is uneven and separating. He obviously didn't use the right materials. We've talked many times about the issues we are having and he always defaults to "the job was done per industry standards." He's like a broken record. If you want a poor job fixed to be done the right way he will charge you extra. Even though the defects began showing up only a couple months after he finished the job, he refuses to come back and fix anything because now it's been over a year. I've read the google reviews about his business and it sounds like a common theme. His replies are what I experienced dealing with him - he takes no accountability for his poor work and always blames someone else.
