Three separate Roofing companies have assessed the problem and all have said leak is due to poor workmanship. C and C verbally agreed to repair the roof. However they have failed to come out and repair the roof and stop the leak. They do not answer the phone. They do not answer email. It appears that they will not honor their 5 year warranty. Be warned, if you let C and C Roofing and Restoration install your roof you are taking a huge risk. They will not honor their warranty. The workmanship is sub par. Once they have your money they simply do not care about you.

They took pictures and I had some damage where the wood underneath was exposed. They said it should be covered with a tarp. When Moritz called it in to the office, his boss recommended sending a crew out that evening to repair my roof. Since it was a small job, they were done in less than an hour and I had piece of mind. I would highly recommend them!!!
