That said, I cannot recommend highly enough Toyota of Pharr and particularly their salesperson, Travis Moss. We bought a used vehicle from them and within 24 hours it had developed some difficulties. Nothing too major, the vehicle ran fine, but it had some electronic issues which really burdened us. We reported this to Mr. Moss and he did not hesitate in asking us to bring it in to let them look at it. It was an intermittent problem and I was totally prepared for them to tell me that it was a used vehicle and basically, too bad. However, they really went to the mat to diagnose the problem and try to fix it. They even sent my vehicle to the dealership that dealt with the brand we had purchased to get it fixed. In the meantime they offered us a loaner vehicle since our car was our only form of transportation. At the end of all this, the vehicle was absolutely fixed and the customer service was second to none. If you are considering a new or used Toyota, I would highly encourage you to go to Toyota of Pharr and seek out Mr. Travis Moss. This could have been a nightmare but it was absolutely a very positive experience. Thank you, Travis!! Thank you, Toyota of Pharr!!!

In my opinion this is classic hidden‑fee, bait‑and‑switch pricing. I walked away and will be sharing this with state agencies that oversee dealers. Buyers: insist on a written, line‑item out‑the‑door quote before you waste your time.

They won't stop calling me, texting me and emailing me to buy their vehicles. I'm keeping the one star up until this begging to buy a vehicle from them stops. ...finally! As someone who is a representative for this community, I'm embarrassed by this business. This is a…read moreterrible car servicing place. Their sense of work ethic is bad. I made an appointment for several services. When I asked about servicing the transmission, the employee says "we can do it or if you're having problems, you can bring it in later." The point of being there is to not have issues in the first place. They then did it again. When I asked about them checking my car battery which is free, the female employee says "we only do it if you ask and even if we do, it's not a test. It's just a test for if it's good or bad. If your car isn't starting, bring it in to us." I think that's kind of the point of why I was asking. I'm not really into my car not starting. They never offered to check the battery and they only did the transmission only after I insisted. Overall, they see you as another transaction. That was evident when nobody went over what was done to my car until I asked. They were just going to take my money and send me on my way. They don't have much of a sense of what it means to serve people or go above and beyond. They follow their manager's orders but unless you're purchasing a car there, it's not really a meaningful experience. In fact, it's terrible despite that U.S. flag on their dealership's logo which now that I think about it, makes sense given the corporate transactional mindset through which they run their business and take their customers' money without a true sense of service. I'd go elsewhere.

Thank you Xavier Cantu for patiently reviewing our options with us and ensuring we knew all the benefits of our latest purchase. The 2022 Traverses are amazing from the interior and exterior protection to the nitrogen filled tires. X made our purchase process simple and hassle free. We feel confident that we received the best price for our trade in vehicle and appreciate stepping into our first ever new car. Thank you Javier, our finance manager, for helping us stay protected and safe long after leaving the lot. We feel safe knowing that we have tire protection, service insurance, and windshield protection.

Well that salesman lied to my face and then gave me an excuse that it wasn't him giving the price that it was the bank. After I got up to leave I asked for my keys to leave and he told me to just sit down and talk in an annoying voice. I asked for my keys again and he told me that the manager had them. I asked him to give me the keys as I walked outside and told him to get my keys and stop keeping me there. He just stayed in his seat and made no movement to get my keys to my vehicle. Even thou he made me sign a promised that he gave me to keep me in the price range and came out saying I got great news but came out with a larger number after discussing that I could not afford anything in that price range and tried to convince that he could do better. After leaving he called me went down drastically on the price tag that he supposedly could not do, I don't know what kind of business is being run there but the service I got from Ricky sure sucked.
