During my visit, I get to understand that this is two separate Mall entities connected to a sky bridge. One side of the mall is purely upscale high-end stores and the other end of the mall is upscale stores with medium end stores. This mall was absolutely packed too to the rim! I really enjoyed the diversity of the stores here and in fact this is the first mall where it's 100% occupied. They don't even have small shops in the middle of the mall as well like most malls do. The food selection is actually pretty good too! This mall is really clean and I'm Amazed by how well the bathrooms are as well. Coming here on a weekend is really tough to find parking! Overall, I really enjoyed my visit here this mall is more of a 4.5 star experience but I will say it is one of the best malls I've been to in recent memory.

As long as you go in through the right entrance, you don't have to walk the whole mall, although we love the huge size and selection at Great Lakes! Even though we didn't need help from mall staff, we were greeted by a few people as we walked through, which was nice. It turned out to be a smooth and easy visit overall.

I also appreciated that they had Christmas Carolers from a local church group singing live here. The food court was not good. We had a family member get sick from the Japanese food place, so please be careful. The variety in the food court is also a range of different options, which was good. This indoor mall is now my fave here.

But like I mentioned earlier it's hard finding coordinated outfits because everything is just all over the place. Shoes are in the back while men's is to the right of the entrance. Fitting rooms have 3 stalls and during a busy Saturday afternoon, they were pretty messy. However, staff were very nice and helpful. The biggest challenge was the lack of floor assistance--no one was available to help for most of my time there. Toward the end, I did find one helpful associate who set up a dressing room and assisted with items, which I truly appreciated. Another major issue was the clothing tags. Many items weren't labeled correctly, and the hangers didn't match the actual sizes. I had to check inside each garment to confirm sizing, which made the process frustrating and time-consuming. This isn't the Macy's I remember from past shopping experiences. I replaced them and continued to have issues. I then spent $60 on a part that did not fix it. The other part I need is another $75. I asked if they could help or replace the part (they have several in store) and was having a conversation with one of the owners who then proceeded to read and ignore my messages for days. Then asking again and I was treated awful. They refused to help at all and claimed to not have the part. I have attached the pics of my conversation. I was also told I shouldn't have used Arcade 1up support to try to fix it. I bought a microwave, an arcade, and several small items totally around $600. This business doesn't care about customers. They want your money and then don't care if you ever return. Scum of the earth business practices from scummy people. You should be ashamed. The claim that I was allowed to fully test in store is also false. A man stood there holding the power cord and extension cord and after 3 seconds of it being on started saying everything looks good. I was rushed and sold bum product. They have at least 5 other units and claim not to have the parts to replace it. What a joke. Better Business Bureau will also be contacted. We didn't really see pricing on items in the store and it is packed with products (enough so that it can be hard to find or view things), but I realized afterwards that it would be better to check their website beforehand for whatever you want and then check the site when in the store for pricing on random items you find.
