Most importantly, they have free ice cream as long as your customer and waiting. Free ice cream is a major cell point for me. I'll go out of my way stop by K&m to get the free ice cream. They have lots of LED options for you both indoor and outdoor. They have a nice selection of tools and some of the tools are bundled in cats for a great price.

It's so frustrating you guys really don't have your act together and customer service is completely incompetent and then the manager never even came to address the problem and make it right. I won't buy anything else from Lowe's ever again! Louis has very bad management here and their employees are making errors with putting the wrong items in our online pickups. They were not nice in how they handled their error and did not make it right, I never got my other two lights I wanted, their loss of $, as I just won't go back. Then this manager who is invisible never came to the counter or phone when I called, what a messed up store! They need some quality control here for sure. I am boycotting Lowe's now, you messed up my order. A manager never came when I was there to fix it, nor when I called today, mediocrity at its best at lowes, won't buy online or in person anymore here, too woke and you do not enforce FL state laws allowing all these dogs in the store, the law says only service dogs. I bought a used Explorer that had many features blocked (speed limit was set to 50mph!). I needed…read morean admin key and Ford dealer was charging me $300+ John did some research and managed to reset the key and make me a new one! No I can drive as fast as I like and blast the radio as loud as I want. The service was superb. John was extremely helpful and professional. The entire office staff was excellent. I will recommend this company to ALL of my friends. We've never seen service like this!!! Ever!
