Though I had seen a drastic improvement in roach activity, a lot started popping up. I specifically asked the tech how long is your warranty for your work and he repeated 30 days. I reached out to them to inform them off my issue with seeing some increased activity, the person scheduler answering the phone who is extremely rude and condescending said they offer no such warranty on roach service what. Anywho, after going back and forth i decided to cut my losses. This is what we call hustling backwards, why would i use your service ever again, useless.

Both…read morecompanies were way too expensive, but AllPest was honest with me about how carefully I needed to prepare my house, and their treatments were more thorough. No exterminator can get rid of bed bugs for you - the key is how carefully you prepare for the treatment (all frames off your walls, removing electric outlet covers, drying and tightly bagging all fabric and clothes in the entire house, etc. etc.) At first I used Hampden Ex. because they gave me a cheaper quote ($325 for initial treatment, plus $75 for follow-up treatments). Bad idea. I spent $550 on them (the first treatment plus 3 follow-ups), then another $1,025 for AllPest ($85 for inspection then $385 for initial treatment, then $185/ea for three follow-up treatments). If you have bed bugs - do not cut corners. It will bite you in the ass. Prepare your house thoroughly, and spend the money on good treatment up front. I finally got rid of the bugs after I used Diatomaceous earth (bought it at Home Depot) and the services of AllPest.
