On my first date I scheduled a service window from 4-6 pm. This is where the problem started. The technician sent me a text around 3 pm saying he was five minutes away. I told him I was just leaving work and would be there by 4. When I got home at 4 I received a text from Aptive around 4:15 saying the tech came and there was no one home. Needless to say I was not happy. I called customer service ready to cancel but they convinced me to give them a second try. On the second time they redeemed themselves. My technician James showed up in my service window at 5. He was great. He walked me through my home and explained every step of the process. He was more than willing to answer all of my questions. He thoroughly explained my service plan and made sure I was comfortable. After he was finished with my treatment he was on his way home. Today I learned that pest control and wildlife removal are different companies. This is a pest…read morecontrol company but they connected me with a wildlife removal company (Rapid Wildlife Removal). If you have mice, rats, or bugs - that's pest control. If you have squirrels, raccoons, or snakes - that's wildlife removal. Unknown animal gnawing in your attic? Go for wildlife removal since they can handle larger animals as well as mice. My issue ended up being mice, but it was nice to have a trapper ready for whatever was up there rather than needed to call someone else in.
